Two floors of balconies will ensure that everyone can enjoy the view. The downstairs game room is sure to host hours of fun, and you can enjoy access to a private patio from this level, where you can get some fresh air. If you're coming back from a fun day at the lake, enjoy a soak in the jetted tub upstairs. Guests will enjoy access to the shared pool, hot tub, and tennis courts in the neighborhood during their stay.

Bear Lake is just over a half mile away, perfect for groups who want to spend time at the lake but relax in a neighborhood setting. Spring and summer visitors can enjoy nine holes of fun at Bear Lake Golf Course and Bear Lake West Golf & Country Club, both within five-and-a-half miles. Winter visitors will be able to 'ski the Beav' just 14 miles away at Beaver Mountain Ski Area.

Shabby with a nice view

This property is very shabby overall. It's old and needs to be updated (i.e. floors and moldings are gross and furniture is very dirty). I appreciated the pump hand soap and the deck chairs and view were really nice.

Not completely clean, nice view though

We booked this property for our return trip from our honeymoon—kinda wish we hadn’t. It was a great location, nice price, parking was awesome, love that there was reserved spots. View from the VRBO and balcony was hard to beat! But when we came in, it had an unpleasant smell and it felt like the floor hadn’t been cleaned. There were stains on the seat cushions, a left over smudge on the table, a wad of hair on the carpet, tons of trash under the bed, a tear in the comforter, unwashed cutlery in the drawer, and a pubic hair on the bathroom wall—that’s what finally got us. Not worth the price we paid in fees for a two night stay. Book this place if you like a nice view, but don’t if you’d prefer to have a pretty spotless stay and not feel gross.

Rental Fine, Assist from Vacasa lacking

The property was as described and the location was great. The AC isn't the best and the upstairs rooms were warm. The provided fans were needed at night. The low review is due to the assistance from Vacasa as the property manager. The wifi was not working. I could not get a Vacasa rep on the phone or get a response through the VRBO app. I finally selected the text option when I called and was able to get someone to text with me. I explained the issue (we could connect to the network, but there was no internet). They tried to tell me to use a different network than the one listed on the info sheet in the home, which never popped up as an available network. After having me unplug/re-plug in the router/modem (which I had already tried before calling) and me letting them know it did not solve the problem, they stopped replying to my messages. I've rented properties managed by Vacasa before, but this is my first experience reaching out to them for assistance during a stay. Honestly, I don't think I will book another vacation rental managed by Vacasa again.

Waste of points - Dingy undated basic disappointment

The beds were very comfortable & pretty clean for the most part. The couch & the stored beds downstairs had stains on them. The deck chairs are literally falling apart and are hazardous. Why are they still there? The description says gas grill, but it's an electric and really slow. The air conditioning works well on the first floor, but the upper floor is hot and the fan does little. The oven display is barely illuminated, but the oven does get hot. The refrigerator doesn't have a light and the freezer doesn't make ice. The dryer takes multiple cycles to dry things and towels we found on the first day were still wet. Cookware is old and gross. There are a ton of bathroom fixtures that were removed and not fixed. Kitchen barstools look like they've been gnawed by a dog. The slider curtain rod is missing the middle holder so it's bowed in the middle. Also, no lights in the bedrooms except for overheads - really annoying.

Misleading amenities

The “shared pool, hot tub and tennis courts” are not close to the property. It is a 15+ minute walk.

Needs Serious TLC

First, the positives. The location at Harbor Village was great, the pool/hot tub/grounds were very nice, and the exterior of this property has been nicely updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the area. Now, the negatives. The property itself needs some serious maintenance issues attended to, as well as a good deep cleaning and some fresh paint. I get it: vacation rentals take a beating. But the upholstered furniture was very dirty, as were the bedspreads, shower curtains, and carpets. Baseboards were filthy and various walls had drywall holes needing repair. It also needs a pest control treatment. We did not see roaches or anything like that, just random bugs that regular pest control keeps in check. All in all, it was adequately stocked and felt homey—kind of like staying with family. But when you stay with family, they don’t charge you $300 a night. The property looked much better in the photos than in reality, so we’re leaving a realistic review for the next family. We would not feel good about recommending it until these issues are addressed.

Great view, outdated furniture and housekeeping confusion

I was pleased to have been offered an early check in without even asking for one, however when I arrived I noticed the dishwasher was full of the previous tenants dishes. Never before have I had to put away someone else’s dishes in order to be able to load the dishwasher with our own. Considering we were using very few dishes, this was especially disappointing. Because of this, I was offered a late check out, however housekeeping evidently didn’t get that message because they showed up 45 minutes before we were told we could check out. Luckily, we were already almost packed up but this was disappointing. The kids loved the foosball and the decks were lovely. The furniture needs updating and the bed in the master was killer on my husband and my back. This could be a great spot with some improvements in management and furniture.

Just fine...

The condo worked for what we needed, but we honestly weren't impressed. Positives: lovely views that made up for lots of frustrations, comfy beds, laundry room was nice. Negatives: Not well stocked - not a hanger in the place and we had to buy several kitchen items that we are used to finding in rentals. Huge pile of construction trash and food wrappers at front porch didn't give a great first impression. Some furnishings and appliances were small and outdated. Overall, for what we paid, not delighted.

Great place to stay with all the comforts of home

Our place was beautifully decorated. We were able to enjoy all the comforts bbn of home & the views were amazing. The finished lower level was a great surprise. The fuse ball table was a great addition to some family fun.
