Welcome to your newly remodeled Edmonds Villa. 20 mins from Downtown Seattle and 5 mins drive or walkable distance to the Historic Downtown Edmonds. This is a northwest living with a palms spring feel. This home sits on an oversized lot with its backyard facing the sound and mountain for a wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds Private Compound . The features are : Large Chef Kitchen , Living Room , Formal Dinning Room , covered outdoor patio , outdoor barbecue grill , private heated pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower, and game room with pinball machines and hockey tables .

Had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning crew to finish. Only used hot tub, extra charge to heat pool. Everybody enjoyed the game room.

Our group of eight long time college friends enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for several cooks at one time. The deck looking over the pool was a beautiful peaceful place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location was close to the the many restaurants and boutique shops in downtown Edmonds.Kely, our host, was very responsive to all messages. A very helpful, attentive host!

Great stay in Edmonds

Our large family loved the accomodations. The kiddos loved the pool and the game room (as did the adults) and also the porch. The location is great and the host was super responsive and helpful! The kids are already asking to go back :)

Perfect for what we needed.

We stayed there with family for our son's wedding. It was great fun. Loved the pool, game room and large kitchen. Everything we needed was there. Great communication too. I would stay again.

Good Gathering House

The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was.

Family vacation 2022

We had wonderful time at Edmonds Villa. It was a great location for seeing the sites in the Seattle area. The house was very nice and the amenities were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome, especially for the children! Kely did a great job of communicating with us. We highly recommend this location!!!!

Great space for a family visit

We had 10 family members staying here very comfortably for a total of 7 nights, enjoying the hot tub, pool, game room and outdoor patio area. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. Kely was super responsive to our questions and requests. Would definitely come back!

The house is beautiful overall, it’s very clean, got all the necessary equipment we needed. The host was very helpful, helping me with questions that I have for. And the pool and spa was just perfect, a good way to spend our days here with friends and family. I’ll definitely come back here.

Lovely Home

I stayed with a group of ladies for our annual get away. The home is as described. We used to pool and hot tub daily. The primary shower is wonderful with duel shower heads. The beds are comfortable. We'd stay again, however, we like to visit new locations every year.

If we ever find ourselves back in the area we will stay here again. Something for everyone and so nice! Playroom was great entertainment and the pool/ hot tub were kept up nicely. Kid and adult friendly. The host replied back within minutes and was very helpful. 10/10

We loved this property and was perfect for spending a couple of nights to celebrate with friends. The owner is super helpful with anything you need. Used the pool and hottub despite the snow and cold. The owner made sure it was heated for us. Lot's to do at this house.

I have been in the property management industry since 2011 and have enjoyed traveling solo and with my family to many different countries . I really enjoy being a host and connecting with people of different cultures and languages. I speak English and Spanish fluently. I understand the needs and challenges that come with traveling and I’m here to always try to provide our guests with the most pleasant stay.

The Edmonds Villa has been made with the goal to bring family and friends together . The large open areas and layout works perfectly for a heartwarming family reunion & get-together. Our split level home has 3050 sf living space and was completely rebuilt in 2020 with the only goal to enjoy life with our family. It has a large chef kitchen and high end designer finishes. The split level concept is also great to have privacy and peace when you or your loved ones need it.

The features of our home are : our formal dining room, covered outdoor deck with ceiling heater , outdoor heated pool , hot tub, sauna, well equipped game room, beautiful front and backyard , etc. The juvenile palm trees and large heated pool bring the tropical atmosphere to our home .

One of the great features of this home is the location . We are located in a peaceful neighborhood of Edmonds, just blocks away from parks and schools to enjoy their playgrounds and fields but far enough to not feel the assiduous of the school life . Our property is just 8 min away from Downtown Edmonds and we have a golf course nearby and ponds with natural trails to enjoy a good walk .
