Rent this amazing, newly remodeled Oceanfront Condo. This condo boasts a wall to wall makeover that includes all new modern tasteful furniture, kitchen appliances and countertops, fresh paint and new tile. This condo also has a private parking spot in the garage to keep your car protected and out of the sun! There are carts available to bring your things up to the condo. The building also has 2 elevators which make loading/unloading easy!
We have provided extra amenities and modern conveniences to ensure you have the perfect vacation...beach towels, wagon, cooler bag, beach chairs, umbrella & toys! We have a fully stocked kitchen including both a Kuerig and a regular coffee make. We even have an air fryer and a crock pot! Another added benefit is our Culligan filtered water spout at our sink so you don't have to bring bottled water. Look at the descriptions under each picture to see all the details provided. We also installed black out shades in both bedrooms so you can sleep in!
You will enjoy the sunrise ocean views from your oversized private balcony with 2 sets of bar height tables and chairs for an unobstructed view of the ocean, as well as sunset bay views from your front door or front bedroom. Added bonus: Most Fridays in the summer you have a perfect view of fireworks from the front balcony! This 6th floor unit is centrally located in Ocean Vista Towers (in the middle of the island!) Convenient walk to the grocery store, shopping, Gravity Park, restaurants and more.
Property offers 2 pools and a jacuzzi, with private access to the beach. There is a play ground area for children that has plenty of grass for running and having fun.
Perhaps you want to play a game of tennis on our tennis courts, or stroll along the beach. Whether you are inside relaxing in this dream get-away, or outside taking in the fresh air and activities, you will be sure to have a vacation of a lifetime.

This was our first trip to South Padre Island and we really enjoyed it. The condo is a perfect location to some great restaurants within walking distance or catching the SPI shuttle. The condo is nicely decorated and comes equipped with all you need for a beach vacation. Proximity to the beach and pool are great. Owners were very easy to work with. We would definitely go back and recommend this condo to any future travelers.

This condo was everything we could have hoped for and more. Waking up to the sound of the waves was perfect. Communication was stellar. The beds were comfy, games and puzzles a plus, and it was clear the staff that works on the building truly cares about it as they were working every day. Would definitely recommend!!

This condo was exceptional! Comfortable for all of our family. The decor was very fitting for our beach getaway. The condo is well stocked with the comforts of home. We loved watching the beautiful sunrises from the roomy balcony. Right out the front door you can watch the sun set. You can walk to a lot of restaurants, activities and the grocery store. We would stay in this condo again.

This was an ideal holiday stay for our family of five—plenty of space and very comfortable. The ocean view was absolutely amazing and something we enjoyed every day. Tom and Alicia were wonderful: friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The home was extremely well stocked with all the amenities we needed and more—lots of towels, beach towels, and even beach toys and supplies. Everything was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

I love this beach condo!!. It is clean and close to all the resturants. It also has the best view of the ocean from the moment you open the frint door.. The owners were great and check in on us to make we were fine. My family and i will be staying here again next year.

Perfect beach getaway

This condo overlooked the ocean waves, was well equipped with everything you could want for the beach, with super comfortable beds, blackout curtains for sleeping in, and great wifi. We'll definitely book again!!

Beautiful condo with amazing views of the gulf! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Everything about the condo is great. Bright and airy decor. Loved having beach chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon to use. Chose this condo because of the high reviews which are spot on. The location is in walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment district and grocery store. Tom and Alicia are very accommodating and respond to questions right away. What you see is what you get at this condo! The owner did not forget anything! It was very clean and decorated so cute! Very spacious! Owners were very responsive. We had one issue and it was taken care of promptly! I loved how easy it was to get to the beach. The hot tub was the perfect temperature! Ocean Vista is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants and to the local grocery store! We will be back! Thank you again for a great get away!! Loved everything about this place!! oh if you are into sunrise with my sunset, you can see both! In the morning from the balcony, you can see the sunrise. You walk out the front door and you can see the sunset!

The beach is our happy place! We have spent several years vacationing on South Padre Island and we finally bought our own condo at Ocean Vista Towers! We are thrilled to share our completely remodeled piece of paradise with all our guests!

Ocean Vista Towers is by far the best complex on the island. The property and grounds are maintained beautifully by a conscientious staff. The building is centrally located on the island and in walking distance to restaurants, bars and the grocery store! Our unit boasts both a view of the bay and the Gulf of Mexico!
