3 Bedroom Villa, Free Golf, Tennis/Pickleball, Pools, Beach & Use of The Westin!

Welcome to our 'beach sanctuary' on Hilton Head Island! Our fully equipped, spacious (1750 square feet) second floor condo overlooks a lagoon and is a short walk to either of two pools, kiddie pool, outdoor hot tub or the beautiful Hilton Head beach. This rental also includes golf and tennis each day!

Located next to the Westin Resort in Port Royal P., it offers privacy and easy access to all of Hilton Head’s many activities. Guests can walk or use the complimentary Westin shuttle to the beach at the Westin Resort. They also have full access to all the resorts’ wonderful amenities including dining and/or room service, Westin’s world class health club, indoor/outdoor pools, Heavenly Spa and poolside Tiki Hut. Indulge in a selection of enriching treatments at the Heavenly Spa by Westin™, named top ten Spa in South Carolina and one of the 100 Best Spas in the U.S.
Four complimentary rounds of golf per day await you at any of the Port Royal courses; The Barony and Robber’s Row (Pete Dye design), the Shipyard Golf Club courses on Shipyard(27 Holes) , Oyster Reef golf Club and Palmetto Hall (36 Holes). You pay only the cart fee. Tennis or pickle ball court fees for four for one hour each day at the Port Royal Tennis Club are included as well. There are over 50 miles of bike trails on the Island so bring your bikes or rent them locally.

You can dine in one of Hilton Head’s more than 125 restaurants or prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen. There is a large dining table that seats 6 and 3 barstools at the kitchen island counter. The living area includes cable HDTV and smart TV, WiFi internet access and a wet bar. The walkout deck overlooks the beautiful lagoon. The villa has one of the most quiet and private locations of the Ocean Palms property.

3 Bedrooms all with adjoining private full Bathrooms--2 MBR's with en suite--all with built in hair dryers. 2 of the bedrooms can be made up either as a King or 2 Twins to provide for more guests. TV's in each bedroom. Pull-out couch in the living room can easily be made into an additional double bed. Our condo also includes a washer and dryer. This is a smoke free condo and no pets are allowed. Guests will need to provide their own cribs and/or pack-n-plays. Guests will also need to provide their own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.

All of our weeks are rented Saturday to Saturday. Upon arrival, guests will check in to the Ocean Palms Villa at the Ocean Palms Villa office inside The Westin Resort. If you arrive late and the villa office is closed, the front desk of The Westin is around the corner and will have all your check-in information.

NOTE: There is an additional required cleaning fee of $310/stay not included in the rental price. Payment is the responsibility of the renter upon check out at The Westin. The Westin also charges $40 to modify the bed configuration from the standard arrangement - kings in the two master bedrooms and two twins in the guest room.
