Back at the villa, you’ll be just a few steps from two shared pools if you need to cool off, and the island’s popular beach is just a quick walk away.

Overall the stay was a fantastic! The place was exactly what we needed for our family. It was close to the beach and the pool and shopping/restaurants. The only bad thing was the trash area was littered with trash and bugs. When you opened the door to take out the trash, you got hit with smell and flies.

Very nice rental unit

Close to the pool, beach, golf, dinning and very easy access to the island loop highway. The unit is roomy and the bedrooms are spacious.

Great place to relax

My family of 6 stayed here for vacation. The property was spacious, clean, and quiet. We were a short bike ride to the beach. Parking was adequate. We loved coming back from the beach to sit on the back porch and watch the golfers finishing up for the day. Close to great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Our big family had a wonderful stay and this comfortable spacious home! The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots, pans, utensils, crockpot everything you can think of! winter weekend getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and it does not dissappoint! It is very spacious and allows everyone to have their own space. The golf course views are excellent! The unit had some renovations done since we were there last year, and it was really nice. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Villa Fazio 11 is a beautiful vacation rental, very spacious, super nice neighborhood, back porch overlooking beautiful golf course, very calming and relaxing. Exquisite decor throughout the house. Very easy and convenient access to the beach. Safe and prestigious neighborhood. We have thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation.

Our first time to Hilton Head and we loved it. Our villa was very comfortable and loved having 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed being on a golf course and loved that we could have shade sitting on the deck at all times of the day. Pool was great and we loved having pickleball and the general store. This property is a great location, just minutes from the beach and all family oriented Hilton Head activities. The place is clean and equipped with all the essentials for your home away from home. Just the right size for our family of 7, but this place could easily accommodate extended family. We don't golf, but if you do, another great perk. We would stay again.
