Welcome to the Broughton + Barnard Loft, and welcome to the center of town! This is as centrally located as you can get in Savannah. Steps from Ellis Square and the City Market, and with views down Broughton Street, Savannah's main drag for shopping and night life, Broughton + Barnard Loft puts you in the best possible spot to take advantage of downtown living in Savannah, Georgia.

We provide a parking pass for a parking deck one block from the condo to make your stay a little easier. This is good for one vehicle. **The pass gives you 24 hour access to the Robinson Parking Garage, but there is not an assigned or guaranteed spot. All parking is based on availability.**


Cool, clean, and comfortable, Broughton + Barnard Loft is a one bedroom condo that provides you unparalleled access to Historic Downtown Savannah. Broughton, Congress and River Streets are steps away, as is the majority of what draws you to the Historic District; open air restaurants, coffee shops, retail, museums...it's all at your fingertips.

The condo is on the third floor, and you can choose elevator access to go up or the stairs if you want to bound down and out onto the street!

The bedroom features a king bed, and there is additional sleeping available on the ample fold out couch in the living room area.

We know that parking in downtown Savannah can be challenging, and that is why we provide a parking pass for you for a secure parking deck very close to the apartment. We want to make things as easy as possible for you during your stay.

**The pass gives you 24 hour access to the Robinson Parking Garage, but there is not an assigned or guaranteed spot. All parking is based on availability.**

**The pass is necessary to enter and to leave the deck. When you check out, you must retrieve your car first before leaving the pass in the condo.**

Please note that this condo gives you great access to the heart of downtown. Because of its central location, there is city noise that will filter up from the street. You will find this in any residence that is in the downtown area. We provide a white noise machine to help drown out the city sounds if you're a light sleeper. If you think you might be bothered by this during your stay, the downtown area may not be the spot for you. However, if what you are looking for is an exciting place to hang your hat while you see and do all you can on your weekend away, this is a great home for you during your visit to Savannah.

We hope that you choose to stay here. We love Savannah, and we think that staying at Broughton + Barnard Loft will give you the perfect slice of life in this jewel of a town.

The place was in a great location for exploring downtown Savannah. The only thing was that it was pretty loud out in the street until about 3am but that comes with the great location. We would definitely stay here again- the free parking pass was great!

We had a wonderful visit to Savannah and this served as an excellent home base. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. As others have noted, the street noise is fairly loud and more-so on Friday and Saturday nights, however that was expected as it is stated in the description. We utilized the white noise machine provided and that worked perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again as it is centrally located and made exploring Savannah a breeze.

Weekend getaway

We stayed here over the weekend for a bachelor and bachelorette trip. It was in the midst of the restaurants and a short walk to river street. We would stay here again!

This was the perfect get-away for my husband and I! We 10/10 recommend this rental! The apartment was the perfect location, just walk out your steps and you're in the middle of it all! This was very helpful for us when we needed to come back and rest or if my husband forgot something. LOL. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the earplugs were certainly helpful!Jack was quick to respond when there was a minor plumbing issue. He immediately got a plumber on the task and resolved it in no time. Would love the opportunity for another visit to this amazing spot!

Savannah Getaway

The property is well maintained and very close to everything in Savannah. As noted in previous reviews, the noise from the street is the only drawback but the sound machines were very helpful. Overall well worth it for a wonderful apartment and convenient location.

This was our first visit to Savannah and found this location offered walking access to everything from restaurants, historical sites, waterfront and tours. Love, Love, Love This Place

Has everything you could possibly want - clean, comfortable spacious, exposed-brick, beautiful floors, stable wi-fi, off-street parking - tastefully decorated and talk about LOCATION! If partying in the street until 3 am is going to be an issue for you (weekends and spring break), a pair of ear plugs will certainly do the trick. Very proactive and responsive host.

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Perfect location. Very clean and perfect size for 2. Noise wasn’t an issue except for loud cars/motorcycles occasionally, but that’s a City ordinance issue so happens everywhere. Place is perfectly located and felt safe. Quiet neighbors. Liked perk of parking pass. Definitely recommend.

Perfect. Very clean, great location for base of activities. Walking distance to food and drinks and short drive or public tranportation to everything else. Appreciated the parking and did not have an issue finding a spot even on the weekend. King size bed was comfortable.Host checked in to make sure we were set or needed anything. Like others mention downtown near nightlife so had street noise on the weekend, but did not bother us at all and ear plugs and noise machine provided.Would stay here again next time in Savannah!

This was such a great location! We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Didn’t need our car for the first 2 1/2 days. Really nice that we had a parking garage to park the car in. It was an easy walk to the garage. As stated in other reviews, the noise in the street below can a bit loud especially on weekends but the ear plugs worked like a charm. So glad to have the beach chairs available in the closet for our afternoon at Tybee island. Great apartment for 2 or 3.

Great little spot right downtown

Great spot right in the middle of everything. Really nicely stocked with thoughtful touches - like the earplugs on the bedside table and the coffee setup. Parking was a huge plus. Didn't really realize that until we got there. I could see how some nights could be really loud, but it wasn't an issue for us (plus there are earplugs). The apartment was clean, modernized and overall a great stay. I'd highly recommend

Third floor loft with best of everything

The bed was perfect and comfortable. The kitchen was good and well equipped. The dryer did not dry effectively and needs to be fixed or replaced. Since we stayed a week that was needed. The location was in the center of restaurants, jazz clubs and bars. The provided parking garage was convenient as there were few available on-street parking spaces. We would stay there again.

Very nice location for walking to sights

This is a very nice condo in a convenient location for walking to sight seeing. The only reason we marked it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the street noise for sleeping. We understand it is outside of the owners control but it was advertised as having quiet hours between 9 pm and 6 am which was definitely not the case. So just be prepared for it but otherwise it was a beautiful place.

I am sorry you were disturbed by the noise. I try to be as clear in the listing as possible. I don't have quiet-hours displayed on the listing at all. I do have quiet hours for the building noted in the Welcome Book that is in the apartment, but that couldn't have been a factor when you booked? I hope you find a good spot next time you travel, and please do pay attention to what the hosts recommend in the listing description.

Perfect weekend away

My husband and I were looking for a long weekend away together and this was perfect. The property is right in the middle of the historic district of Savannah, within an easy walk to anywhere you want to go. The parking garage was easy to access and close by. The unit was clean and well- decorated, and had everything you could need. All the small details had been thought of, down to a sound machine and ear plugs for noisy party-goers outside the windows (which really weren’t that bad), coasters by the bed, makeup cloths so you don’t mess up the wash cloths, plenty of linens and pillows, filtered water pitcher in the fridge, and all the little things that aren’t necessary but made it stress free. The host was easy to contact and very nice. I would absolutely stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone I know going to Savannah.

Great place and super host!

Jack was the best host ever!! Quick to respond to questions, nice and very helpful. The condo was absolutely perfect! Location is great with a quick walk to City Market and the river front. The only thing, as previously mentioned, it is quite loud outside from all hours of the night to the early morning hours. However, since this has been mentioned, Jack has provided ear plugs, which is a great thought. We also loved the smells coming from the shop next door. OMG! Just delish! All in all, the place was great and you really won't find a better host anywhere. Thanks Jack!!

March weekend stay for work conference

Directions for check in were thorough and the property was exactly as described. Jack was super quick and friendly to respond to any questions. Although I didn't have a need, the kitchen was equipped with the basics and the location was great to walk to everything. As others voiced, it gets extremely loud at night with the street traffic and car noise. The sound machines provided offered some noise cancellation but expect noise disruptions at night - especially on the weekends. Other than that it was a super cute place that was easy to get in and out of and close to everything.

Lindsey: I am glad that you enjoyed the access that the apartment provides. I do try to be clear that this is an urban apartment in the heart of downtown Savannah. It sounds like you were disturbed by some of the sound on the weekend evenings. I am sorry. Savannah is a fun town, and the weekends are busy. As the place is in the center of town, that noise is unavoidable. Hope you are back this way again for another work conference, or even better, just for fun!
