This lovely property is the top level of one of the many beautiful homes that line the streets of Historic Downtown Savannah.This spot is located in Historic Downtown Savannah and is within walking distances of many restaruants that are favorites of local Savannahians, such as Zunzi's, The Old Pink House, Seventeen Hundred Ninety, and Wright Square Bistro. Locally-owned shops are also within walking distance, and there is no shortage of shopping opportunities on Broughton Street, which is just 2 blocks away. I stayed in this apartment for 16 nights. The location is great four accessing the historic district entertainment. Parking pass is 2 blocks away and parking is a headache all day everyday. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed the stay and had a great time.

1. Entrance is outside stairs between 23 & 25. We stayed in unit 2. Three flights up.2. 5 taxidermy ducks mounted on living room wall. 3. We literally had to use both hands to push down on the toilet handle to make it flush. Absolutely ridiculous.If you’re thinking the rental will have amenities like a hotel, you’re in for a big disappointment. We definitely were.The rental did not meet our expectations. Hopefully it will for you.P.S. The parking pass was a plus and the parking garage is real close. The rental is a great location for the downtown sights and restaurants.

Let me start by saying that this unit was perfect for our needs. Clean, the kitchen had everything that we needed, and it is literally in the best location. No more than a 15-minute walk to anything and everything that we needed. The parking pass was a wonderful plus, though, to be honest, we parked the car and only needed it one day. Otherwise, we walked everywhere. I highly recommend this unit. All that being said, you must be aware that this is an urban location. Old walls and old windows make this unit very noisy at night. It was not a problem for us as we use sound machines on our phones to help drown out the city sounds. To sum up, this unit is perfect, but it's noisy. We would stay there again.

Amazing location!

Absolutely loved this place, seemed way bigger than the photos online and was in a prime walking location. The parking garage is a 2 minute walk which was also key. Would absolutely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location and apartment. We would stay there again. The property was immaculate and had everything that we needed except there were no bowls larger than a cereal bowl so it was difficult to make a large salad or reheat large amounts in the microwave. It was a little noisy in the evening. We would have liked a white noise machine. We have no mobility issues but it would have been difficult if you did. There were was one flight of steps outside and one inside. Still we loved our stay !

Great place!

This was the perfect place for a few people to stay, right within walking distance to all of the best places! You do hear all of the outside noises very very well so if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring a fan/sound machine but we loved it!

Perfect location for a stay in Savannah

Nice place but bring earplugs

The place was nice and clean and easy to check in and out of. The windows seem very thing so I recommend earplugs for sleeping.

Loved the location of the property from being close to the river district and downtown eateries. Property was large, stylish in the older style. I would choose a rental property next time with less steps.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great VRBO, great location, clean, spacious, well decorated and furnished. Only two things to be aware of, two flights of steep stairs to get to the unit, one outside, one inside. Also, the thermostat is located in the stairway, outside the unit, the result is that there is no effective feedback to the thermostat, if you turn the AC on, it’s going to run and run and run, until you go out in the hall and turn it off, same with the heat. Expect to get up in the night a couple of times either hot or cold, and have to go mess with the thermostat, or just turn it off before bed.

Great getaway

Beautiful place in a great location. Enjoyed our stay. I will agree that the stairs are real. Not only are there those pictured in the listing but also another set inside the door. We managed them fine, but do understand those that may have struggled. Very clean and roomy.

Charming and convenient!

We loved our stay in this immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed apartment. The location could not be better - we were within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. Having a parking pass included was definitely a money-saving bonus. Note: this apartment requires climbing 2 sets of stairs to enter, so it may not be feasible for those with mobility issues.
