This lovely property is the top level of one of the many beautiful homes that line the streets of Historic Downtown Savannah.This spot is located in Historic Downtown Savannah and is within walking distances of many restaruants that are favorites of local Savannahians, such as Zunzi's, The Old Pink House, Seventeen Hundred Ninety, and Wright Square Bistro. Locally-owned shops are also within walking distance, and there is no shortage of shopping opportunities on Broughton Street, which is just 2 blocks away. I stayed in this apartment for 16 nights. The location is great four accessing the historic district entertainment. Parking pass is 2 blocks away and parking is a headache all day everyday. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed the stay and had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location and apartment. We would stay there again. The property was immaculate and had everything that we needed except there were no bowls larger than a cereal bowl so it was difficult to make a large salad or reheat large amounts in the microwave. It was a little noisy in the evening. We would have liked a white noise machine. We have no mobility issues but it would have been difficult if you did. There were was one flight of steps outside and one inside. Still we loved our stay !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great VRBO, great location, clean, spacious, well decorated and furnished. Only two things to be aware of, two flights of steep stairs to get to the unit, one outside, one inside. Also, the thermostat is located in the stairway, outside the unit, the result is that there is no effective feedback to the thermostat, if you turn the AC on, it’s going to run and run and run, until you go out in the hall and turn it off, same with the heat. Expect to get up in the night a couple of times either hot or cold, and have to go mess with the thermostat, or just turn it off before bed.

Great place!

This was the perfect place for a few people to stay, right within walking distance to all of the best places! You do hear all of the outside noises very very well so if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring a fan/sound machine but we loved it!

Nice place but bring earplugs

The place was nice and clean and easy to check in and out of. The windows seem very thing so I recommend earplugs for sleeping.

Great getaway

Beautiful place in a great location. Enjoyed our stay. I will agree that the stairs are real. Not only are there those pictured in the listing but also another set inside the door. We managed them fine, but do understand those that may have struggled. Very clean and roomy.

Charming and convenient!

We loved our stay in this immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed apartment. The location could not be better - we were within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. Having a parking pass included was definitely a money-saving bonus. Note: this apartment requires climbing 2 sets of stairs to enter, so it may not be feasible for those with mobility issues.

Location location, walking distance to literally everything in Savannah, downtown, squares, restaurants and River front. Very clean, all included for a quick stay. Garage parking included a big YES, small 2 blocks from apt, you can unload just in front of the apt and park your car at the garage , very convenient and easy. Bathroom room do not close completely, not a big deal, but a little bit loud as a traffic runs just besides the bedroom, we needed to use earplugs to get some rest, again we are middle age adults , so party hours were before midnight . Communication with owner was fast and instructions clear . thank you so much !! suggestion, maybe have an iron ;)

Great spot for a long weekend

We traveled to Savannah for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We’ve been to Savannah many times before and stayed closer to River Street, but we really enjoyed the York Street location. It’s so close to great food, entertainment, beautiful historic buildings. The sirens from the nearby fire station were quite loud and frequent throughout the night, however, so bring earplugs!

The place is cute. Bathroom door doesn't close, shower door leaks ,pull out bed is one of the worst. Long complained about from what it looks like without being fixed .

LOCATION!

Wonderful place to stay. Had everything we needed for three days in Savannah. The location can’t be beat. We walked to everything we wanted to see and do. The bed was very comfortable. I have a bad back so that’s important to me. It was so roomy too. Zero complaints. I look forward to staying there again.
