Kalt aber geräumig mit Stromausfall
Große Zimmer, viel Platz. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, einiges ist altehrwürdig. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Ständig ist die Sicherung gefallen und wir waren stromlos. Die Sicherung ist unzugänglich, man musste ständig die Vermieterin anrufen. Besserung erst nach meiner kräftigen Beschwerde. Im Oktober ist das Haus sehr kalt. Keine Heizung nur Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit viel Rauchgeruch. Abgelegen ruhig, man muss viel fahren. W-Lan ist sehr schlecht, keine deutscher Sender für Nachrichten.

Saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft...
wer einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaubsort wünscht ist hier absolut an der Richtigen Stelle. Das Haus liegt in Ortsrandlage dirkt am Feld. Es ist schön ruhig ohne Straßenlärm. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war, dass es hier kein Lokal in der Nähe gibt welches Fußläufig erreichbar ist. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Maison agréable, terrasses immenses
Maison de très bonne superficie avec de belles terrasses pour profiter du soleil!! Ambiance rustique, équipement correct. Beaucoups d'ustensiles de cuisine pour faire de bons petits plats. Village sympa avec 2 petites épiceries, un bar avec une petite dame super rigolote. Dommage que c'est un peu éloigné de La Spezia. Gros défaut, internet fonctionne très mal. Propriétaires sur place très gentils. Encore merci pour les oeufs de vos poules!

bon séjour
Très grande maison qui peut accueillir 8 personnes. 3 terrasses. La propriétaire habite en dessous mais je ne l'ai vu qu'à l'arrivée. Maison difficile à trouver, même avec le GPS. A CODIPONTE, allez jusqu'au campanile et tourner tout de suite à droite : empruntez le chemin de terre, passez devant un petit garagiste : la maison est au bout du chemin. Veuillez noter aussi qu'il y a beaucoup de virages pour accéder au village. Pas de WIFI. A noter que le campanile sonne dès 7h du matin : nous nous levions tôt pour visiter les environs donc ce n'était pas un problème pour nous. Séjour agréable et reposant.

Przytulny dom, wspaniali ludzie
Przecudowny domek, w starym, włoskim stylu, z ogromną kuchnią i dwoma tarasami wychodzącymi wprost na łono górskiej natury. Nie dla ludzi, oczekują standardu all inclusive, ale dla tych, którzy lubią przy pysznej, włoskiej kawie uciec od ludzi.
