Wonderful place, location, host, and amenities. Walking to Wyllie's was a nice treat and being in a nice quiet place that was so close to Hanalei was perfect.

Great stay. Received emails from host, had no issues. Only minor problem is the towel rack in one bathroom was poorly installed and I had to fix it while I was there and it fell off. Easy fix as they had a flathead screwdriver on-site. I appreciated the host not sending too many emails/texts and only what I needed.

Beautiful, clean and secure location

Had a blast. Kuaui has so much to offer for activities. Condo was amazing. Everything worked and clean as well. Spent our mornings swimming in queens bath. 5 minutes away

Beautiful cozy property with comfy beds

Loved the cozy beds, a/c, and laundry in unit. North shore is beautiful. Wish it wasn’t such a drive back into town on the east and south shores, but no matter what you’re still only 1.5 hours or less from almost everything on the island. We had a wonderful week in Kauai.

Kauai trip

On arrival the unit was a mess, we spent the first several hours cleaning, washing bedding and etc. Worked out agreement with the property manager. From that time on everything worked out great enjoyed the island and the condo Thanks Tim

My housekeeper and I were distressed that because of crossed wires you arrived to find an uncleaned condo. It's very important to me that guests have a carefree stay from the moment they walk in the door of my vacation home, and we have adjusted the way we communicate about bookings to ensure that this happens for everyone. Overall great layout, had everything and then some for a week… could use more forks, there were only a half dozen or so, all the wall bottles in the bathrooms were empty. Home was great! However getting there was not, there was a very long skinny uphill pathway from parking, just gravel and dirt, they were replacing the sidewalks. A heads up from the management would have been appreciated, we had large roller bags that were useless because no concrete! Had to make many trips back and forth carrying in dirt. I hope for future renters they have this fixed. Just would have appreciated communication with this

Bliss found in Princeville, Kauai

Being so anxious to enjoy the island, we approached the condo with crossed fingers. Never to worry- it was perfect! The location and interiors were as listed. The amenities matched our needs and Jana, the owner, was wonderful. She was patient as I asked many questionsand proved to be a great resource. I am forever grateful to her, and to the ease ofbooking, etc. I will keep this location as my go to when I ever make a return trip to paradise!

Nice place on the North Shore

We enjoyed our stay. The property is nicely furnished. There was everything that you would need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of square footage. The only negative I can find is that the pool seemed small. The fact is that the North Shore has so much to see and do, that we never used the pool. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Tips: If you want to park at Ke'e Beech or hike the trail, you must pre-pay for a parking space on line and they sell out fast. Check the park's website.

Clean, Cozy and a Great North Shore Location

This is a great North Shore location for a price that can't be beat. The condo is cute, comfortable, clean and the owner was wonderful to work with. We have family in Princeville, but needed to make last minute arrangements for another place to stay due to a death in the family leaving many relatives needing lodging for the memorial. Jana was a gem to work with during this difficult time. To top it off, the location was perfect. For vacationers, the condo is a short walk to Anini Beach, a short drive to Hanalei, and so close to great north shore beaches and hikes. My only regret is taking so long to write the well-deserved praises for this place!

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Punamana 25A was a great location for anyone who wants to stay in a non-resort setting. In the condo, you will find all the amenities needed for cooking (if you so wish). There is a Foodland that is a 4-minute drive from this location. Everything else was very nice & clean. However, if you want someplace nice & quiet, this might not be best for you. The neighbors were boisterous with their children. However, I didn't mind it. All in all, I would stay here again if I had to. A++

Perfect, even for the littlest kiddos!

Our family of four spent two weeks at Jana's Hawaiian home. Our kids (a 4 year-old and one year-old) LOVED the "beach-house," and so did we grown-ups. Her home was really easy to kid-proof and the closets provided hours of hide-and-seek entertainment! :-) Jana's home is gorgeous and was fully equipped with useful things for our family; beach gear, towels, a portable crib, an electric grill, and lots more. Every day our kiddos ran around in the grassy yard playing with limes they found under lime trees, chasing egrets and geckos, and sniffing tropical flowers. And after they went to bed, my husband and I sat outside on the lanai and soaked up the quiet. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful inside. Everything possible was provided. The bed was so comfortable! Beautiful walk in showers. It was pretty hot because the trades were low, so was a little shocked to have to pay extra for AC. Needed a couple more beach towells. Pool area is not very exciting. We were never given a unit number and could nor get a hold of the manager . We quessed it by looking at a pic from online. Overall a nice place to be conveniently located for North Shore activities. Beach access is a little sketchy - especially when muddy. I would recommend driving to Alini beach so you can bring all your gear.

Mahalo for taking time to write this review--I'm glad you were generally pleased with the condo and especially appreciate the heads-up about the need for more beach towels and the problems with Homeaway's Hospitality feature, which should have provided the condo number. It's important to me that such things go smoothly for guests. I hope the new ceiling fans along with the bedroom air-conditioning units included in the regular room rate helped with the heat, in addition to the large living-room unit available for the extra charge. A/C isn't standard in Kauai vacation homes because trade winds usually keep things comfortable, and electricity is very expensive there. Come back soon!
