A charming little house typical of northern France, located in the heart of the village of Landas—25 minutes from Lille—where you can enjoy both the pleasures of the countryside and nearby local shops, as well as quick access to Lille, the capital of Flanders.
The house has been completely renovated.
Ground Floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area opening onto a small terrace and a garden with a view of the countryside,
a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an en suite shower room,
a laundry room with a washing machine,
and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a double bedroom with a 160 bed or two separate single beds, with a bathroom/shower.
