This stylishly fully furnished condo is a designed 2-bedrooms, 2-bathroom, with 1,000 square feet of living space with its own private & secure entrance and 2 private parking spaces. This property is within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants! We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and relaxing lodging experience to guests & patients visiting the Rochester area. Each unit has its own heating & cooling system (no shared air circulation) and we take standards for hygiene & cleanliness seriously. Our cleaning crew is trained in health & safety measures and follows the CDC cleaning guidelines. This unit is on the second floor.

Great Place!

The condo was clean, updated, and cozy. The master bed was extremely comfy! This is the best place we’ve stayed in Rochester so far. Most of the VRBOs are old, misty and not very clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Awesome place, near St Mary’s and Mayo

Property is in a great location. Right near some walking and bike paths, near a park and about 1 mile from downtown Rochester. This is our second stay and we were out for several weeks to visit family. House was clean, well kept and we appreciate the quick attention of the owner when needed.

Great space to recharge

Our family needed a place to stay for the week while a loved one was recovering at the Mayo. This was close enough to walk to St Mary’s campus for frequent visits but it created a wonderful landing zone to recharge, make great meals and get rest.

Stay was for Healthcare issues

The property was very nice and comfortable. It was a home away from home during a medical procedure needed at Mayo Clinic. The Condo was recently updated and done very nicely. The owners were responsive to any and all of our needs. The only suggested would be that instructions on how to utilize the TV and fireplace would be provided at the time of arrival.

House hunting

Lovely new apartment. Needed a place to stay while we were busy looking for our own place in Rochester. Very comfortable place and our son enjoyed it as well. Walking distance to several restaurants and grocery store nearby. May stay here again when we come back for house closing and renovations on the house we purchased.
