Our cottage located in Ouzouer-sur-Loire, offers a privileged location between the Loire and the forest of Orléans. The Forest House, located at the crossroads of the Resistance, a historic site of the Second World War. Visits and educational meetings are organized there. The Etang du Ravoir is a unique site which shelters on its edges the Osprey nature reserve with its nests and its observatory. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers many walking, horse-riding and cycling circuits as well as a fitness trail. The cottage is only 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Cosson pond, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (castle), 7 km from an aquatic area (with aqua-fun beach, Splash pad and Pentaglis...), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, 15 km from Gien and its castle... 116 m² house comprising on the ground floor: a living room with dining room with a pellet stove, open fitted kitchen, separate wc, laundry room, closed garage. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed 180x200 cm, a bathroom, a shower room with wc. Pleasant 800m² garden with relaxation lounge and 6-seater freestanding jacuzzi (outdoors in the garden from April to September and indoors in the laundry room from October to March). All-inclusive rate: heating included, sheets provided and beds made on arrival, towels included and end-of-stay cleaning included. Cottage not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
