Located on the 6th floor of a secure residence in Barcarès, this beautiful apartment offers direct access to the beach and stunning sea views. It includes a bedroom, a veranda balcony, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary dishes. In addition, a washing machine is at your disposal. Towels and bed linen are provided, and we also offer coffee. The Grande Plage du Barcarès is at the foot of the building, and you will be only 750 metres from the famous Lydia and 800 metres from the Circus Casino in Port Leucate. Perpignan is a 30-minute drive away, and the Spanish border is 45 km away. Perpignan Airport is a 25-minute drive away. In addition, there is a free private parking space in the residence.
