Wonderful!

Great space for a small group or couple. Close to everything, very quiet neighborhood. The property managers were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. I highly recommend this rental for your future stay.

Clean and Quaint

This property was very nice and comfortable. Very well lit and quiet area, 10 minutes from downtown close proximity to most stores. Very easy check in process and comfortable bedding. Host was very friendly and amenities were very detailed. Would definitely return!!

Romance Getaway

I was amazed at the size. The online pictures do not doesn't do it justice. It is very big with everything you need to cook and relax, to make it your own. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. I would biok it again.

my return visit to SA

I was raised in SA and knew the area well. it is located in a good spot to access the highway to downtown and other Locations easily. its a large place with lots of space. parking is great. very secure. it's a house as well which is kept very nice all around. I recommend it for anyone wanting a good spot to tour SA

Noise Level

The only complaint we have is the noise level. The road traffic, trains, barking dogs and the noise from upstairs.We weren't happy when we found out we had people above us but we were told that it would only be for the first week so we said ok.There ended up being someone there the whole time we were there. The renters themselves were ok but they had way different hours then us so there were a few mornings when we were woken up by the walking around upstairs at 6.30 in the morning. If we were to stay there again we would insist on the top floor. Overall the place itself was very clean,functional and comfortable.

Nice Long Term Rental

This property is very nice and comfortable. The living room has a nice couch and chair, so there is plenty of seating. There are separate AC units for the living room, one bedroom and kitchen area, but not the second bedroom. The beds were not the most comfortable, but everything else was well maintained, clean and functioned perfectly. Communication with the host was very easy and they were super responsive. The parking is the only other downside as the lot is quite narrow, but the other renters were super accommodating and nice. Definitely suggest this if you are looking for a clean place that is close to downtown, the zoom and great food!

Simple, clean, close to downtown

Loved staying here! The property is fairly minimal decor-wise (as we saw in the photos beforehand) but the beds are comfy, the neighborhood is quiet, and you'll have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!
