The Harding Place is a welcoming, character-filled home ready for your San Antonio stay. With nearly 2,000 sq ft, this pet-friendly house sits directly across from Pittman-Sullivan Park and the YMCA, with easy access to downtown, the River Walk, and major attractions.

We’re proud to share our Craftsman-style home with you! Built with character and full of natural light, this spacious 1,986 sq ft home offers comfort, charm, and a central location. It’s not the newest house on the block, but its tall windows, detailed woodwork, and inviting spaces make it a warm and welcoming place for families, groups, and pets alike.

Large smart TVs in living room & kid’s play room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, central AC, and charming Craftsman details throughout.

BATHS: 1.5 bathrooms, including a full bath with classic bear-claw soaking tub and modern shower features. Half bath doubles as laundry room with lots of natural light on house corner

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking basics and extended stay amenities, including a 5-burner gas stove, oven, coffee maker, dishware & flatware, cooking utensils, spices, tea kettle, blender, crockpot, toaster, and window overlooking back yard

OUTDOOR LIVING: Corner lot with new driveway and fully fenced backyard includes seating for 5, perfect for pets or relaxing evenings.

PETS: We love fur babies and they are welcomed here. Must be house trained and included in the reservation

As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. Rest easy, reporting accidental damage won’t affect your stay, thanks to this coverage!

In some cases, we may require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete, when needed, our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and/or $300 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.
