Vacation

The place was in a fairly quiet area and easy to find. The access was easy but it would have been better to have the entry lock on the back door as that’s where we parked. Also another living room chair would be nice as it could accommodate 4 people and only had a couch and chair.

Overall our stay, me and my family, on this property was good. The area is filled with nice tourist attractions not far from the location. The properties interior could use some repairs, but it was very well accommodating for our weekend trip. The only problem was our upstairs neighbors whom were very noisy late at night, after 10pm.

Beautiful cozy home in the heart of SA

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely VRBO property, and it was a delightful experience! The location couldn't have been better – nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood with excellent restaurants just a stroll away. What really stood out was the fantastic communication with the property manager. We had a few minor issues, but they were promptly addressed the same day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO stay. It's the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and great service. I'd definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

Bring air freshener!

Once the initial overpowering cleaning chemical smell faded, the smell of cigarette smoke was awful. The front walkway was littered with cigarette butts - maybe someone stood outside smoking - but it made the entire place stink. No bakeware at all - only stovetop pots and pans ; also no dishwasher. Front door lock hard to open and close. Decent location. You can hear upstairs neighbors really well. Seating in tv area for 4.

Not a good house experience

Clean house No dresser or tv in rooms No hair dryer For the long stay we had these items were a necessity had I known I would not have stayed there. When you are traveling these items are a must!!! The couch in the living room is worn and uncomfortably and this is the only way to watch tv. Not good for me, maybe someone else that is not important but for us it is. The people upstairs from my bedroom could be heard walking around loudly and I could hear someone snoring. I stayed in a house for the extra convinces but I should have just booked a hotel and that would have been better.

Great place at a great price

We loved our stay here. The beds were so comfy and close to uber to downtown and in a safe neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Awesome. Just awesome!

I can not stress the convenience of the location here. Everything is just a short drive away. I went with my good friend, his two daughters, and my daughter. It was a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no issues at all. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Loved the charm and quiet hospitality!

The property was very charming and reminded us of our New Orleans places to stay! Safety and convenience was available and the communication with the property team was perfect. The only reason for one less star is that the facility is recently remodeled and still some small parts are unfinished, all facial. We will stay at this location again as the proximity to all our Christmas events was perfect!!

Felt like I was a part of the neighborhood

It was so nice to come home to the house. It was a convenient location- close to everything- colleges, RiverWalk, the Alamo. I would definitely stay there again.
