The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take trash to the receptacle at the end of the parking lot near thr black wall. Don’t worry about stripping the sheets except if you used the futon please strip those and set that back up.
Please clean and return all used kitchen items. If the dishwasher is still running when you leave, don’t worry, the maid will return those clean dishes.
Please message me if anything needs attention and if you moved things around please remove all back. Check outlets and behind the doors as that’s where people leave things most. Safe travels & thanks!

Perfect Weekend

We stayed here to be close to the Naval base for family we were visiting. Everything was excellent! The property manager was very present and communicative. They were so accommodating and kind. The condo is adorable. Has everything you would need! Very clean and an excellent location. Will be staying again!!

Great location!

A group of 3 of us came to stay for the weekend to attend the Point Break music festival. The condo was in the perfect location for ease of access to the beach for the morning and later in the day for the music festival. Close to all restaurants and shops! We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t move it again til we checked out!! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and were able to utilize the kitchen to make meals! Highly recommend!
