The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

A great place to be around

The the front office is great to greet you with a good attitude and helpful.. but we come there at once a month because of the spa and my dog loves it there in Ocean Park more than we do I love coming there the staff is great.. the housekeeper does a great job and I can't wait to come back I would recommend this to every one very reasonable prices Ocean Park is the best

Bathroom was disgusting, tub floor was decaying they tried to hide it with a white mat, no hot water the entire stay, toilet would not flush properly, had to try 3-4 times for it to work right. Could not sit on balcony because of cigarette and marijuana smell, could have told management just didn’t think it was worth the trouble

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay during spring break. We loved that we could bring our dogs. The room was ok, I had to mop the floor myself though bc it was visible dirt that made our socks black at the bottom. Great ocean view. Loved the full kitchen however it needed pots & pans, we had to buy our own.

Wonderful pet friendly resort

This place is wonderful for pet lovers. We took our two small dogs and they had a blast. Almost everyone there brought their dogs and EVERYONE was super friendly. Everything was constantly being cleaned and never once did I smell pet smells, even at the dog walk. If I could make two changes, I would either enlarge the dog walk or have more than one and due to irresponsible guests, some of the furnishings need some TLC. This is the cleanest, most friendly place that we have ever stayed and we will definitely go back!

Endearing 10th floor view,concrete balcony for added privacy.Compact but has everything you need for folks with simple pleasures.Relatively safe and well-lighted hallways.Recommend for your consideration for our disabled and elderly who want to vacation in peace.
