Welcome to our seaside retreat, an enchanting private estate sitting on just over an acre of land. The home embodies quintessential New England charm and offers fascinating architectural details, complete with modern accommodations and amenities for up to 14 guests with more than 3,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Situated in the idyllic neighborhood of East Dennis, the closest bay beach is less than a half mile away, with several other popular beaches not much farther. Walk the beach flats for miles at low tide – this is your sanctuary for the perfect Cape Cod vacation. The kid-friendly yard is perfect for playing or just spreading out to enjoy the private, well maintained grounds and gardens. With multiple outdoor grills and dining tables this home makes it easy to entertain with space for everyone. After dinner you can take in the beautiful sunsets in from one of the several places, comfortably furnished balcony deck and covered porch. Don’t feel like cooking? There are plenty of fantastic local restaurants and shops all along Route 6A in Dennis. The estate consists of two separate but connected dwellings, each with its own new fully-equipped kitchen, lounge areas, bedrooms and baths. In total, the home offers six bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with an outside shower. The top floor will feature open living concept with kitchen, dining, living and one bedroom. The lower level will have two additional bedrooms plus full bath to service those rooms. If you have a multi-family group and are hoping to find a vacation headquarters where you can all stay comfortably together, you’ll want to consider this one-of-a-kind estate in East Dennis.

Corporation beach house

Beautiful property. Set up as a duplex which worked for our families. Supplied with every kitchen equipment you could need and paper and cleaning supplies. Great front lawn for our soccer games. Very short walk to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was a perfect getaway for my husband, myself and my 2 daughters and their families. The house is located very close to Corporation Beach and was an easy walk. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. My only complaint was that the bathrooms on one side of the house appeared to have not been cleaned (probably an omission), but I would recommend that a thorough check be made before the cleaning company leaves the house. Since we could not go into the house until 4PM (even though the house had been cleaned and vacated hours earlier), it was easier to clean ourselves than to report the problem and wait for a solution. c

Had a problem with the sprinklers going off during the early evening hours and notified the agent immediately. They responded quickly that they would look into it but never got back to us after their initial response. Poor service.

However the microwave did not work and the 4pm check in/10am check out is ridiculous and I’m hoping that will change in the future.
