Modern apartment, loft style with amazing ocean view, located on one of the beautiful hills of Santa Teresa, 5 min drive (1 km) to the beach, surfing spots, shops and restaurants.

The loft accommodates 1 or 2 persons. Plenty of open space, huge glass windows, little terrace with sun chairs where you can enjoy the most beautiful ocean view and sunsets all year round.
Fully equipped kitchen, 1 en suite bedroom with king size bed, AC, ceiling fan, TV and free wifi.

**Since the house is up the hill, 4x4 vehicle / ATV is needed to get to the house and to travel around the area.

I would say it was absolutely perfect! Loved Casita Real! Everything about it. The only thing is that there is no way you can walk to the beach in 6 minutes. More like 1/2 hour and steep hill!

Beautiful view in Santa Teresa

We enjoyed the spacious casita. Loved opening the large patio doors and having the outdoor blend in with the indoors. Loved waking up to that view! Prompt and effective communication Place does need a proper 4x4 with good clearance to access . Hostess helped us rent an ATV and it was a blast to ride around on in Santa Teresa

Opinion

Beautiful home, beautiful location, great view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. Very responsive property manager, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Definitely need a 4x4 vehicle to make it up the hills to the house. Well kept. Modern inside. Dishes and cooking things all stocked. My only comment would be that this house is not a 5 min walk from the beach like it says. Its about a 5 to 7 minute drive down the hills and a little road driving. No complaints otherwise.
