Truly a bird's-eye view from this fully-furnished 21st floor unit that is absolutely perfect for family fun or a romantic escape. A Southwest vantage point affords you some of the best views of our wonderful sunsets. This 1-bedroom, 2 full bath, beach-front unit with bunk beds and fold-out couch, comfortably sleeps 6. This family-friendly resort includes 2 pools (including a kid's pool!), jacuzzi, snack bar, Starbuck's, retail shop, fitness center, and lounge on the sky-walk leading to the covered parking decks. We're about a mile away from some incredible shops and restaurants at Pier Park. We look forward to hosting you! Best, The Erwins

The condo was excellent. It was clean and nicely furnished. My kids loved the pool. The bartenders were great view from the balcony was awesome. If we got a chance to stay here again we definitely would.

Property was very nice and lots to do for our family. Only minor thing was there was sand still on the floor like it hadn’t been cleaned super well. But it’s also on the beach so you’ll have that. We will definitely book again when we go back to visit family in the area

Everything was quite great! We will book everytime we visit PCB. Great view of the ocean, the host was very helpful and easy to contact about anything that we may have needed, coffee pot would not work, they sent one over to us in that same day! Absolutely nothing but good to say about this Condo and the host.

We had a great time in PCB! The unit was very cozy and neat, everything was super clean. The view is breathtaking and you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. We even got to watch some dolphins from the balcony and hear inside the apartment the waves crashing the shore just by leaving the balcony door a little bit open. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms have a nice size. We never needed the car, everything was, at least for us, in a walkable distance. We would loveeee to come back and stay in this unit again!

The unit is in a perfect spot. Really enjoyed the view from high up. We ate breakfast on the balcony while watching the marine life swim by. We had everything we needed in the unit and slept great.

PCB is absolutely stunning. The water is magical, and the area itself is beautiful peaceful, convenient, and close to so many places to eat and things to do. We also had two beach chairs and an umbrella included, which made everything feel so easy. We arrived early and were able to sit on the beach while they finished getting our room ready, so that part was honestly perfect.That said, the stay itself had some issues. The towels had hair in them, so we ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and fully bleaching them ourselves thankfully, they were white. The kitchen also wasn’t stocked with even basic things like salt and pepper, which was a little disappointing.The bigger issue was the communication. When we reached out, the response was mostly that it was “peak season,” and then when our water was turned off for about two hours, we were essentially ghosted. We ended up finding someone in the hallway who explained that there was a water sensor and told us to call the number posted near the toilet to have it turned back on. It was a simple fix, but unfortunately, we didn’t get that guidance from the host.Overall, I would absolutely come back to PCB. The beach, the water, and the area are gorgeous. I just personally wouldn’t stay at this particular place again.

Hi Skye hear on earth, thank you for the feedback as we take pride in hosting our guests. After reviewing our thread, you requested early check in and asked if the room was ready before 4 and we simply stated it was in fact busy season and we couldn’t promise early check in but the room would be ready for check in at 4pm. I’m sorry we couldn’t accommodate you or that we didn’t have the salt and pepper shakers. We don’t keep perishable items in the unit for sanitary purposes. There was an 2 hour window we didn’t respond about the water, I’m sorry. I’m so glad the rest of your stay was great! ❤️

Great stay! Great property!

Had a wonderful time relaxing at this property! Wonderful views and also great for either families or for an intimate weekend getaway. Many places to walk to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Can’t wait to come back!
