Condo was just as listed. Very homey and clean. I would recommend them get a new mattress and new pillows in the master bedroom but if you like a hard mattress this is for you. I love the special little touch’s like garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels and even some spices in the kitchen. Also we did have a little issue with the bathtub but they were right on it for us and got it taking care of. The only thing we didn’t like was there is no speakers, radios or drinks allowed down by the pool. I would still recommend this condo to my friends for a quiet getaway.

We loved our stay here. The view of the beach was fabulous. We loved the walk on access to the beach and use of beach chairs and umbrella. The condo was very clean and when an unexpected issue arose it was dealt with immediately. It was handy to everything we needed and appreciated the quick responses to our enquiries. Thank you for a great stay. We would come back.

Great Stay

The tiki bar and snack bar were reasonably priced, and a great surprise addition to our amenities. The condo was clean with plenty of cooking gear, pillows and blankets. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great views

We usually visit the west end. This was our first time staying at Watercrest and we will be back. This unit is beautiful and one of the cleanest condos we have stayed at.

Watercrest

This may have been the nicest condo we have ever stayed in and we have been coming to PCB for 40 years! Everyone was so accommodating and the whole resort was well kept!

The property was nice. Check in was simple and straightforward. The condo was clean, quiet, and the views are unmatched, with the large deck allowing you to soak those views in, regardless of the weather. Restaurants and other services (groceries, beach shopping, etc.) are close by. The beach was super clean, not crowded at all, and overall the property was in good condition, felt very safe, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Room!

The condo was nice and clean. The balcony is the highlight of the condo. Elevators were fast and efficient. Wish the pool was a little bigger. It got crowded quick. But overall great vacation

I have never had anyone say they thought the pool needed to be bigger and we love the fact that the pool deck is very large which affords a lot more seating than most which can be an issue. Chase went above and beyond

Our view from the 17th floor was the best I’ve ever had in Florida, and I’ve been coming for 30+ years. The condo was clean, roomy, and updated. The pool was nice and we had easy access to the beach. Everything was great, but Chase, the property manager went above and beyond after there was a booking issue with our original unit. HUGE thank you to him! We had a great week, and will definitely come back.

Nice condo

The condo unit was very nice. What was annoying was the neighbors. Everyone was loud, ppl smoking pot right next door. I know that’s not anyone’s fault as for as this unit goes but we’ve decided PCB is not for us anymore. We need less party and more quiet/relaxation.

Love this Place

This is the second 2BR unit we have stayed in at Watercrest. We thought the first one couldn't be beat, but we were wrong. Loved the decor and everything about the unit. The bed was comfortable, the living space furniture was great and the deck offered great options to enjoy the terrific views. The only thing that I would change, would be to replace the carpet in the Master bedroom with tile or another hard surface. We tried some of the owner's restaurant suggestions and both were on point. The folks at Sun Kissed Properties were very nice and responsive. We will be back!!

BEWARE BEDS

All beds were built on a wooden frame (like a water bed frame) with mattress inside frame. 1st night sheets kept coming off bed so we had to try to raise mattress from frames to secure sheets. Owners also chose to lock the closet in 2nd bedroom for themselves. Chase brought in a wire rack for us to hang clothes. Not for those who treasure a good night's sleep. It could have been amost perfect if not for beds.

Thank you for the review. The beds are exactly as pictured and the mattresses are new. We have never had anyone complain. Any sheet has to be tucked under the mattress no matter the style of bed so I am not sure what the comment meant. We hope you enjoyed this beautiful condo and amazing beach!

Unforgettably good!

Everything was great from start to finish. Booking was extremely easy and management are extremely responsive. Once we arrived at the unit it was very clean and if anything the pictures didn’t do it justice. Parking passes and wrist bands were left for us(we aren’t extremely paranoid about covid but still contactless check in is nice). The balcony set up was amazing. Much larger balcony than i am used to and it was very usable and much deeper than normal. The sleeping situation is amazing. I’ve had bad experiences shoving 8 people into one unit before but here it wasn’t bad at all. The beds were comfortable/big and I loved the built in bunk bed set up. Overall the whole process and the unit were fantastic! Would highly recommend and we will be back!

A Bit Chilly

Followed instructions on an early arrival. It took Chase 1 hr 20 min to respond (and that was after my 2nd prompt). By the time he responded it wasn’t much of an early entry. - didn’t care for the requirement to wear wristbands the entire stay - the parking pass had our room # on it. Not good…not a safe practice - left the couches cleaner than we found them. The amount of crumbs I vacuumed in between the cushions was incredible Overall, we enjoyed our stay but surely missed Ft Myers Beach where Pointe Estero is second to none.

Thank you for the review....we do not guarantee early check in but we try to accommodate when we can. You asked to go in 5 hours early and that was just not possible. You were allowed in 2 hours early but as the saying goes "no good deed goes unpunished" LOL The wrist bands are required to ensure only Watercrest guests are using the amenities and we cannot control the weather....., Ft. Meyers was a beautiful area before the hurricane and we all hope for a complete recovery for that area. Thank you

A Heavenly Respite!

What a lovely well situated property. It was spacious and well appointed and clean. The view from the balcony was the stuff of beach dreams. The owner thought of everything down to pre paying for 2 beach chair rentals. The property itself is well maintained. I enjoyed the little touches like the free ice cream, the stand up foot cleaning fountains, and the watchful eye of the beach chair rental guy Nick who was very personable and represented Seacrest well. There was always employees cleaning and painting and checking on the property. The water was crystal clear for 150 yards out. Incredible. There were live Sand Dollars on the second sand bar that of course we viewed and did not disturb them but what a treasure. I thought the condo itself was overdecorated/cluttered with fake plants. But what an easy fix. I wished that the balcony had better lighting. The dining room table is situated on it but we were unable to see our food at night so we had to eat inside. The only other negative was that we were told that every guest had to wear a provided wrist bracelet and we seemed to be the only ones wearing them and there were obvious questionable people on the beach who did not rent condos and no one patrolled for that. That said, these are all easy fixes and we had a wonderful time. Worth every penney!
