Friendly atmosphere

The property was just as described everything was in good condition and working. The owner communicated with us at all times with any questions we may have had The wading River that they have is wonderful great for seniors great for children. Everything was clean and in working condition. The best part about the visit is the neighbors around Welcome you to the neighborhood . Everything was the other we needed for the beach just had to buy food

Quiet Retirement Style Rental

Not even one negative reaction to the rental. All is good! Large roomy complex with friendly and quiet people. No food or drink service on site. Somewhat complicated traffic pattern for entrance and egress to or from Collier Blvd. Takes a time or two to get used to quick decisions necessary to enter traffic correctly when busy.

Perfect spot for our stay

We needed a place for a multi-month stay in Naples and Carmel's condo was absolutely perfect. Comfortable inside and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and everything we needed to visit. Great stay!
