The warm sand and turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico are right across the street. You'll be steps away from the beach and a quick stroll or bike ride from local restaurants and attractions. With space for 6 people and 3 gulf view balconies, you'll find it difficult to leave once you arrive at Sunset Landing.

In the open living and dining area, bleached wood floors and chic gray sofas (1 sleeper sofa) create an elegant yet laid-back, comfortable space to kickback. The large flat screen television is equipped to stream your favorite TV show or a great movie. Sliding glass doors frame the gulf views and allow access to the large, private deck with an outdoor dining table. This is the ideal place to bring your morning mug of coffee in the morning while you watch the sunrise over the gulf and feel the gentle sea breezes.

The pristine kitchen features clean white cabinets and countertops illuminated by plenty of bright, recessed lighting. Stainless steel appliances include a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and range, and a microwave. The nearby dining table has seating for six and is a great spot for snacking or playing board games. A striking, modern chandelier over the dining table is the chic focal point of the room. A glass railing adds a modern touch to the stairway. On the second floor, the primary suite has a comfy, king-size bed set into a painted wood frame. There's tons of built-in storage surrounding the large flatscreen television. Sliding glass doors lead outside to the top floor deck with ocean views. In the ensuite bathroom, slabs of classic Carrera marble surround the step-in shower.

The second bedroom is a versatile bunk room, with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed. This room also has tons of built-in storage and a large flat screen television. Glass doors allow access to a small, sun-kissed balcony. The Carrera marble continues in this bathroom as well— with a glass-enclosed shower and marble vanity. A stackable washer and dryer are accessible from the hallway.

At Sunset Landing, the only thing standing between you and the sparkling emerald sea is Gulf Drive and a few trees blowing in the offshore breeze. When you're ready to hit the beach, slip on your flip-flops and take a stroll across the street. It doesn't get closer or easier than that. And when you want to indulge in a happy hour cocktail or an after-dinner ice cream, the local restaurants and sweet shops are a short walk or bike ride away. Parking: There is parking space for 2 vehicles in the building's parking lot.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
