In addition to your own PRIVATE HEATED POOL, this quaint property features 2 KING BEDS, living room with an additional QUEEN BED pull-out.

"St. Maarten" comes with a beach cart, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs and 6 beach towels for the short walk to the Anna Maria Island beach access.

You will enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our location is within walking distance to plenty of amazing local restaurants and attractions with a free trolly stop just 2 blocks away to get you anywhere you need to go.

If you are looking to add more family/friends this is a private compound offering 4 total units please inquire on the availability of the other 3 units.

Proximity to beach access is great! The private pool is a bonus and was very nice for post-beach relaxation. Met the owner while there and he was very helpful.

Greta location! Private pool was perfect during the day and after a long day at the beach. Host was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again for sure. We did not want to leave!

Our stay was excellent! Close to the beach. Loved having the pool area. Walking distance to several restaurants. Short drive to shops, grocery store and amazing restaurants. Sunsets were phenomenal. The beach was not crowded and the water was calm and beautiful. Chill atmosphere … just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Our apartment/condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with our host. Highly recommend:)

What a perfect location and space for our family! Our days were spent on the beach (a short two block walk) where we never had to worry about finding an open spot. We rented a golf cart for 2 of our 4 days for rides to restaurants on the other end of the island, but easily walked to many restaurants nearby as well. Stephen was a fantastic host quickly responding to our questions, he was so kind and helpful! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped for our needs and our neighbors were all very friendly. Would highly recommended for a get away to AMI!

Second time here. Everything is new, condo is very clean, beautiful and so close to the beach. We loved swimming at night in the pool after watching the sunset on the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We enjoyed and loved our stay here! The host, Stephan, was very helpful in furnishing what was needed and what we couldn’t get, we found nearby at the stores. The place was perfect for our family weekend getaway and we will definitely return soon. It was minutes from the beach and close to many restaurants. We definitely recommend it.

We had such a wonderful stay! Stephan was an amazing host—he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our last-minute work trip. He responded quickly to every question and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, which made our downtime even better. We enjoyed the stay! Comfortable beds, beach gear, pool was directly adjacent to the apartment. You could see pool to keep eyes on kiddos swimming from kitchen, but could also hear the noise from pool with one of the bedrooms facing pool area. It was a short walk to beach and had water hose out front to rinse sand. We got there a little before check in and had no issues getting inside. Location perfect.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and the layout was awesome. We had a family of five and everyone had plenty of room. The beds are very comfy and my teenagers really enjoyed the pool and the location. It was in walking distance to the beach and the bay. I’m met the owner and he was very nice. We didn’t have any issues at all with our stay. We will stay again next year if the property is open on the dates we need.

Overall we had a nice stay and the home was in very good condition. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the bed sheets and shower but Stephan addressed the problem with the cleaning service. The nights were cooler but we couldn’t use the pool as the heater was not working. Stephan had the heater replaced and we were able to enjoy the pool later in the week.

We had such an amazing stay at the St Maarten house. We are both seniors and we really love that the house is a short walk to the beautiful beach. My husband & I enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back. It is definitely our home away from home in Anna Maria Island. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The host, Stephan, was so kind & gracious. He gave us recommendations of great places to eat and things to do. But truly, the beach is so nice, all we did was swim, eat, sleep, repeat. We’ll be back. Hopefully, very soon.

Beautiful two bedroom condo with a pool. Very clean. Had all the essentials you need in the kitchen. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach took 5 min. to walk there. We will definately be back.
