Hello! This home is 10 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from downtown. ! We are basically in the middle of all popular events/places in Atlanta! Want the full Atlanta experience? Stay with us !
The most important thing you should know is that I do stay in the basement but I have my own entrance so there will be no interactions.
Just like I’ll be able to hear you , you will be able to hear me . Just communicate with me . If you do not contact me with your issues, how will i know that there is a problem? Please do not wait until you checkout and leave a bad review.

Wonderful experience

I had a great stay. Myself and my friends and family had a wonderful experience. The house was clean well equipped and the hostess who lives on sight was awesome

Nice space

This rental was a nice size for a small family or couples. It was very modern and quite. My dogs enjoyed the yard. I would advise to take mosquito repellent, lol. The back yard is fenced off followed by a lot of trees and bushes. The host was responsive to our needs. I would recommend this rental if you need a place for a few days.

Great property for multiple guests

Great property! Nice off street parking. I like the community style neighborhood feel. The photos illustrate just how well kept the property is kept inside and out. My brothers and I will definitely book with Samira again. She was very responsive to any and all questions I had pertaining the property. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your listing for our family stay!

Atlanta stay

This was a great place to stay for the weekend. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. Very comfortable beds too. Also was close to downtown which made it easy to get the aquarium. I would highly recommend this place for a great stay.

Not a home for family to stay at

So I don't know if I missed the property owner saying it in her info or what but she lives down in the basement which would have not bothered us at all if she would have not been crazy loud in the middle of the night. I get that she would have been able to hear us and we would have been able to hear her but what we heard was crazy and frankly scared the crap out of me especially when she screamed. She evidently brought some guy home because I heard a male voice and then after she had screamed she said get the F out of here. This was all around 2-3am. After he left she was up and loud all the way til like 6am singing loud, talking on speaker phone and who knows what else. I guess around 6-6:30am she left again and didn't return until around 9am. We got up and packed our stuff and left. The other weird thing that happened was we tried turning the porch light on and finally saw that it wasn't screwed on all the way so my husband screwed it on and had it on. Well in the morning it wasn't on and the bulb was gone. My husband saw it thrown to the side of the house. We don't understand why someone would want the light off and throw it out by the side of the house. The other weird thing was the bedroom doors didn't have door knobs they had keypads where you put codes in to lock the doors. The house was nice though and probably would be great for single spring break kids but it's definitely not for a family with kids.
