The renovated condo is located steps away from Rosemary and Alys beaches. You couldn’t be closer to the gulf! The first thing you see is the turquoise blue waters. You see the water from the master, the living room and the remodeled kitchen. Our 1rst floor condo is directly facing the gulf. Remodeled bathrooms with beautiful marble counters await you. Spectacular panoramas! Enjoy a private covered patio. Sit back , listen to the waves and enjoy unobstructed views of the gulf. We are steps away from the beach, pool and Crabby Steve’s bar and grill (open seasonally). Included in your rental will be 2 beach chairs and an umbrella between March 1 and October 31. We also provide 2 bikes with signed waiver between March and October. NEW UPDATES AS OF SEPTEMBER 2024: 3 Brand new mattresses, new refrigerator, new a/c compressor, new dining room set.

High Pointe is a private gated, guarded community located next to Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest beaches on the south side of scenic 30A. Rosemary Beach’s main square with lovely restaurants, shops and parks is only steps away ad is Alys Beach’s cluster of restaurants and shops. Peddler’s Pavillion is directly across 30a with nightly live music seasonly.

High Pointe Resort access is secured by RFID wristbands. High Pointe showcases a huge 6500 square foot lagoon pool, a hot tub and a children’s pool. High Pointe has a beautiful PRIVATE beach, one tennis court and 4 PICKLEBALL COURTS!!! There are shuffle board courts, BBQ grills, a playground and an on site bike kiosk located throughout the property. Crabby Steve’s Grill and Bar (open March-October) is a popular spot located near the pool with fabulous gulf and sunset views. It’s a great place to grab a bite without leaving the resort. On property beach access with a ramp for strollers and wagons. The 30A bike path runs right out front and meanders the entire 18 miles of 30A.

The kitchen is stocked with a full set of pots and pans, glasses,,utensils, and more.
We have smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, internet connection and secured Wi-Fi. All you need to bring from home is your bathing suits and your own beach towels.

Parking is in front of the building with easy 1rst floor access(no need for elevator) and shared luggage carts.

Per our HOA, no animals of any kind are allowed. Evidence of such will result in possible eviction be charged against deposit due to increased cleaning fees and/or damage.

High Pointe is a 5 minute shaded stroll (2 blocks) from Rosemary Beach’s village, a 10 minute walk from Alys Beach with 20+ restaurant options all within walking distance.
