Este condominio privado de esquina de 3 dormitorios frente a la playa cuenta con impresionantes vistas panorámicas del Golfo de México. El encantador hall de entrada te lleva a la sala de estar abierta, la cocina y el comedor que dan al Golfo.

La suite principal del condominio de vacaciones Seacrest se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar y permite vistas del Golfo desde la cama king-size. La suite principal incluye un vestidor, vestidor, tocador doble, bañera profunda, ducha, inodoro y TV de pantalla plana.
El dormitorio 2 se encuentra fuera del hall de entrada y tiene una cama King, baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha y TV de pantalla plana.
3 dormitorios con dos camas queen, TV de pantalla plana y baño.
Esta unidad de planta baja permite un fácil acceso a la playa directamente desde las puertas frontales del golfo.

Amazing stay!

We loved the condo. Views of the ocean were beautiful, the spaces were very comfortable with new modern furniture. We loved the walkability to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach for dining and shopping. We rented a car but did not actually need one! We plan to come back next year.

We have stayed on 30A in many condos and this has by far been the best location! Perfect to walk out to the beach with our 6 year old and my aging parents. We have already booked for next year!

Please take a look at the mattress in the 3rd bedroom They seem to have sunken in the center. Check the faucet in the small bath. The faucet seen to leak around the seal. We loved the place. Everything was so convenient.

Very nice and great location

Very nice condo and great location. Parking is easy and access to the beach is wonderful. The Internet/Wi-Fi is not very good and there must’ve been 20 little kids staying upstairs that were running all over the place that you could hear through the ceiling but overall this place is very very nice. Will probably stay here again.

The VRBO had great views and awesome location. Amentities were VERY adequate. Superbly clean. The only reason I have 4 stars is the check in. We were unfortunately unable to arrive at VRBO until 9:00pm. We were not able to acces the fob in the VRBO because we were not able to get in the gate. We were able to walk in but had not clue where VRBO was. After calling emergency number, which was very responsive, they helped us. Please add to your instructions, what to do if you cannot get into gate.

Family Stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. The pool was heated, however it seemed to stop working 2 days (in the middle of our stay). It is in a great location, super walkable to Rosemary and Alys beaches. The master mattress needs to be updated as it has a hump in the middle, however it was still comfortable. There are normal wear and tear items of it being a short term rental, but overall great and I would definitely book again.

Amazing views and very spacious

This unit was amazing for our family vacation. Loved the location and view. It was clean and comfortable. It was great to have an entire pantry to use to put food in. Some places lock those up and it makes it so hard for the renter to find space for their food supplies. They had plenty of dishes and glassware. The grill was Convenient to use. We also loved having the bikes to use.

Wonderful get away

The location was incredible. The condo was very nice. If I had a suggestion maybe the mattress in the master bedroom could be updated. The backdoor lock was falling off and the washer and dryer were a little hard to use. I'm sure with all the traffic its gotten plenty of use. We will be back again at this same condo hopefully. You are so close to the beach access and close to so many places to eat.

This property is absolutely stunning. Beautiful decor, extremely clean and perfect location. Very spacious inside and we loved the close proximity to the beach and pool. The three bikes were a fun way to see the neighboring towns. It would be great if they had 2 key fobs as you need them to get in/out of the pool and neighborhood so made it a bit challenging if the group wasn’t all together. Also would be great if they had some beach chairs and umbrellas. The chair rental property on that beach charges an astronomical fee. I’d recommend having Vay-k rentals drop beach supplies off at the condo before you arrive. We would absolutely revisit this condo and have already recommended it to a few friends.
