We had a great time at this Montauk house! Perfect for a family vacation with enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The proximity to town and the beach can’t be beat. We loved that there were beach supplies including umbrellas and chairs readily available. We would absolutely stay again!

If I could give this property a 10-star rating, I absolutely would. The house is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and so comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better either. It was convenient to everything - 5 minute walk to the beach and to town.Ralph was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. Any question we had was answered right away, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful experience. We honestly don’t know how we got so lucky to find this place. It exceeded every expectation, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t find a better place in Montauk!

Perfect Family Time In Montauk!

This home was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and expertly cleaned and new. The best part was the close walking distance to town and ocean and the quiet of being on a dead end private rod so close to it all. We had a heavenly time with our family relaxing, hiking, eating and enjoying all that Montauk and the Hamptons have to offer in the peaceful winter. Thank you so much to our hosts.

We have been coming out to Montauk for 30 years with our now grown kids. Location is great - easy walk to the beach and to town. The house was wonderful - plenty of space for 7 of us with good bed / bath configuration. We had a nice family dinner one night and found everything we needed in the kitchen with a great bbq. Sat at the huge picnic table on the sprawling deck and watched the full moon rise - pretty magical evening. The owner (Ralph) was very accommodative and available if we needed anything. All in all, a pretty perfect stay and we will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful House & Great Location

House is even more attractive than the pictures. The upstairs and deck are wonderful spaces to sit, eat and talk. The kitchen was the best of any we have rented. The surrounding trees and hill give it a very secluded feeling. Not only is it a five minute walk to the beach and town, but a trailhead of Shadmoor State Park is a very pleasant 10 minute walk. The trails there along the bluffs have beautiful views of the ocean and beach. We plan on going back next year.

Great location and updated/clean house

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was in a great location - walking distance from the town and beach. It was updated and very comfortable. The pictures are an accurate depiction. The house had a great deck and outdoor space. The open floorplan made it a great spot for all being together. Working with the owner was very easy as well - he was very helpful/flexible. Would definitely return!!

Fabulous family getaway!

My husband passed away a year and a half ago. Montauk was a special place for us. Ralph’s home was the perfect home for my family and to introduce my 3 granddaughters to Montauk! the location was perfect. We walked everywhere except for a few dinners . It was clean and welcoming . Ralph was amazing to work with! We had no issues and we are looking forward to rent again next year!

Amazing house, amazing location

Location of this place can not be beat. The house is incredible, the pictures do not do it justice. If there was any possibility I could buy this house I would. This will be my go to house for all of my trips to Montauk. Ralph is an incredible host, so responsive and great to work with. If this house is available rent it, you will not regret it. Thanks for everything Ralph!

Dan, Wow! Thanks so much. You were the first guests after the renovation (other than family and friends working out the kinks). You're always welcome. My best wishes.

If you are considering a Family or Friends Stay in Montauk, walking close to town but, just far enough away that it's very peaceful...book this place! Best stocked VRBO I have ever had the pleasure of booking. Plenty of comfortable beds, nice towels, linens and blankets. If you want to cook at home, the kitchen which is open to the huge living space has every pot, pan and utensil you need. The inside and outside spaces are awesome for gathering with friends. If you are concerned about steps/stairs, there are a few however, there is a bedroom upstairs off the family room with a walk in shower. Have your stairs challenged guest stay in that room...easy access to the all the amazing open space in this house. If you have Kids, the ground floor TV Room will give everyone (parents) some downtime. I could go on but, experience it for yourself.

Perfect Montauk House

We had an amazing week! The house was perfect inside and out. The location was prime. Walk to the beach! Walk to town! We have a big family and friends in and out. This house had plenty of bedrooms and lots of couches. Beautiful upstairs with open kitchen and great room with a great deck to relax on. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and enjoy beautiful meals and the lawn was perfect for waffle ball games and a fire with s'mores. See you next year!!

60th Birthday Girls Getaway Trip

We had the most wonderful time staying here. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The beach was so close-May be a half a block away. Fortunately, we had beautiful weather and the deck with the 4 lounge chairs was super nice to sit out early morning and enjoy our coffee. Every meal we went out for was excellent. One meal better than the next. We went out to breakfast in the town every morning. That was so enjoyable. There are 2 lplaces for breakfast. (Sorry, not remembering the name). We took a drive to East Hampton and did some shopping. We also went to Sag Harbor to walk around. I would recommend preplanning dinner reservations which I did. We ate at Scarpetta’s and The Mule. There was a small place right in town (walking distance) where we had fish tacos. Our host Ralph was very easy to reach and very responsive. He allowed us to check in early and leave later than checkout time. Of course, it was off season (late April). We had more than enough room so each had our own room. Bathrooms were beautiful. We would like to visit again if we can get it all together again.🤗😎🎉🎊🎂
