Holiday home for rent since 02. 2014!
In the quiet park lies the approx. 505 m² garden plot with the thatched holiday home. In addition to the 2 terraces, there are also 2 parking spaces for cars

This well-kept holiday home offers every comfort: The spacious living room has an electric fireplace for cozy evenings plus a play area for younger guests. The open kitchen has equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. The large table offers space for 6 people to eat comfortably.
In addition to the toilet, the HWR with washing machine, dryer and sauna is on the ground floor.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds - all with enough closet and storage space, the bathroom (shower, 2 sinks & toilet) and the storage room for the suitcases, children's travel cot and high chair.
There are also two stair guards for protecting children and smoke detectors are installed. The wagon for a walk on the beach with children rounds off the whole thing.

The final cleaning of 75 € must be paid directly on arrival, as well as the bed linen that can be booked, such as 8 € / set. Towels should be brought.

Short trip

The Check-in was very easy and fast. The house was very good but did have some broken things like the freezer or one broken light in the bathroom. We were staying for two nights and were very happy to be in the house. The price was in comparison to other houses in the near very low and pretty good even for this season of the year (between christmas and new year's eve). Check-out was as easy and fast as the check-in. We're glad to stay in this house and will be looking forward to come back for the next trip.

Verblijf prima, ruimte zat. Wel kan de beschrijving beter, je moet nl. eerst lopend het park op naar het huis om daar de sleutel te halen, dat staat heel onduidelijk in de later toegestuurde beschrijving. Ook had er wat beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden en serviesgoed gecontroleerd, glas met stukje eraf, bijna in lip gesneden en koffiemok met scheur, diverse andere serviesonderdelen met stukjes eraf.

Schöner Urlaub, trotz Mängeln

Vorne weg, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Julianadorp. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt, auch für Kinder, an nichts.Die Sauberkeit war in unserem Fall unterirdisch.Es hingen tote Spinnen von der Wand, überall war Staub und unter der Treppe fand man die Unterwäsche der Vormieterin. Schubladen und Schränke müssten auch einfach mal gesäubert werden. Hier lagen Brotkrümel ohne Ende.Haben es bei der Abreise mehrsprachig angesprochen aber wir hatten das Gefühl, man nahm sich dem nicht so an.

Prima huisje. Nog wel wat aanbevelingen.Misschien handig om berichten per mail in het engels en of nederlands te doen. Dit zelfde geldt voor alle instuctiess in het huisje. Deze zijn meestal in het duits.Ook goed om misschien af en toe de technische staat te checken van bepaalde zaken.De TV box gaf bv geen enkele zender door.Alle batterijen van alle controllers waren op. Ook van een paar afstandbedieningen. Ook de sauna heeft kuren en blijft vaak hangen op 25 graden en dan begint het display te te trippen.

Familien Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage, mit kleineren Abstrichen Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft insgesamt sehr genossen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und hat uns alles geboten, was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchten. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Lage – die Nähe zum Strand war einfach perfekt, und auch die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Leider war die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft ein deutlicher Minuspunkt. Obwohl wir 100 € für die Endreinigung bezahlt haben, war das Haus nicht gründlich gereinigt. Stattdessen sah es eher aus, als wäre es nur besenrein vom Vormieter hinterlassen worden. Wir mussten es komplett selbst saugen und durchputzen, sowie die wirklich verdreckte Duschwanne reinigen - was angesichts der zusätzlichen Kosten wirklich enttäuschend und schwer hinzunehmen war. Ein weiterer kleiner Punkt ist der Fernseher, der aufgrund eines Wackelkontakts nicht immer zuverlässig funktionierte. Das war für uns kein großes Problem, aber eine Reparatur wäre sicherlich empfehlenswert. Abgesehen davon waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und würden es für die Lage und Ausstattung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – aber die Reinigungsproblematik sollte unbedingt behoben werden.

Man kann zu Fuß zum Meer gehen. Die Ferienanlage ist für Kinder gut geeignet. Der Garten ist ausreichend groß.

Das Wohnhaus hatte alles, so wie es auch angeboten wurde! Es fehlte an nichts! Selten so ein tolles gemütliches und sauberes Haus gehabt! Auch die Entfernung zum sauberen Strand war kurz! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren vom Mietopjekt nicht weit weg! Mit dem PKW max. 5 KM! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen !!!

Schönes Haus, aber....

Wir sind mit fünf Personen in dieses Ferienhaus gereist. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist jedoch recht spärlich ausgestattet. So gibt es beispielsweise nicht genügend Besteck für 5 Personen und zwei Mahlzeiten am Tag. Wir kochen gerne, auch im Urlaub. Wer darauf Wert legt, sollte ggf. einiges mitbringen (Schüsseln, Salatbesteck, Messer) Die beworbenen Garteliegen sind ein Haufen Plastik, alt und vor allem dreckig. Darauf möchte man nicht liegen, wenn es denn ginge. Auch der bereits mehrfach bemängelte Duschkopf wurde bisher nicht getauscht. Er funktioniert zwar, ist aber unansehnlich. Der Fernsehempfang hat einen Wackkontakt Zudem sind die Gartenliegen

Wir haben eine schöne geräumige und saubere Ferienvilla in einem ruhigen Park vorgefunden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es war alles da was man braucht. Sehr kinderfreundliche Ausstattung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Vielleicht sollte der Kühlschrank ausgetauscht werden.

Ruhige Lage in gut gepflegter Anlage

Insgesamt ein ruhiger und stressfreier Aufenthalt. Leider keine Bäckerei fussläufig erreichbar in 10 min, daher einkaufen im nahen EKZ Julianadorp mit Aufbackbrötchen. Der Ofen des Hauses ist leider nennenswert, da absolut über seinem technischen Zenit. Die Umluft kann unser Föhn besser. Der Fernseher ist leider auch vor 10-15 Jahren ein Highlight gewesen. Der TV Empfang über Ziggo ist mit einem Vorlauf von ca 5 Minuten zu versehen, da in der Zeit das Internet „gesucht“ wird. Die Ameisen ums Haus sind ok und kommen bislang nicht rein. Die Silberfische waren ebenso überschaubar und ok. Der Duschablauf zickt auch ein bisschen rum, aber ging dann doch. Das Eisfach schließt leider seit längerem nicht, aber der Kühlschrank ist sauber und funktioniert. Gasherd muss man mit zurechtkommen, aber funktioniert einwandfrei. Ein bisschen mehr Liebe könnte das Haus vertragen , ist aber soweit ok und kann man empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Makeln

Die Anlage ist ein schöner Wohnpark. Ruhig von allen Seite. Das Haus ist schon ein kleines Träumchen. Jedoch könnte man dem mal einen neuen Duschkopf spendieren. es kommt nicht gerade das meiste Wasser dort heraus. Auch das mit den Ameisen ist nicht schön. Aber anscheinen in Julianadorp ein Problem und ne Köderdose für kleines Geld kann hier schnelle Abhilfe schaffen. Die wurde dann von uns selbst gekauft. Bei der Abgabe wurde uns dann schnippisch gesagt man hätte ja auch das Spray nutzen können. Na jaaa. Nach dem Einsatz eines Sprays muss man erstmal die Hütte verlassen. Also nicht gerade passend. Für das was das Haus die Woche kostet sollten so Kleinigkeiten wie ein Duschkopf oder mal ne Ameisendose schon möglich sein. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt.

Goed met incheck problemen

Omdat we geen duidelijke incheckinformatie hadden gekregen duurde het lang voor we het huis in konden. Maar het huis zelf was heel comfortabel. Helaas kregen we de sauna niet aan en we konden geen gebruiksaanwijzing vinden. Ook misten we een schoonmaakpakketje (vaatdoek, afwaskwast, schuursponsje, etc.) wat in bijna elk vakantiehuis aanwezig is. Ook de prijzen van schoonmaakkosten en beddengoed bleken hoger te zijn dan op de website vermeld.

Stürmische Tage in Julianadorp

Trotz Silvesterböller und stürmischer Tage und Nächte mit Windböen bis zum 110 km/h hatten wir eine ruhige Woche nach den ganzen Feiertagen, konnten in dem grossen und gut ausgestatteten Haus entspannen. Wenn der Regen die langen Strandspaziergänge verhinderte, bot die hauseigene Sauna eine Alternative. Den an anderer Stelle bereits gemachten Hinweisen zum Zustand des Aussenbereichs schliessen wir uns an, hier wären ein paar Erneuerungen wünschenswert.

Sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wir waren hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine super Lage, ist gut aufgeteilt. Salz, Pfeffer, Süßstoff und ein Eierkocher wären toll gewesen, ansonsten ist alles da, vorallem Spielzeug für die Kinder, so brauchte man nicht soviel mitnehmen. Kommunikation mit Ilona war super, alles lief reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Super Lage in Strandnähe

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt,jedoch gibt es ein paar Dinge, die negativ waren. Defektes Kühlfach des Kühlschranks, Aussenmöbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht funkionierende Aussenleuchten. Hervorragende Matratzen und eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
