Nicole and her husband came with 2 larger dogs and a child in tow. I only allowed for up to 2 people no kids and 1 dog. In my places dogs are not allowed to sleep on the beds. Can you imagine the hairs on the quilts? It's not a question of washing them, I would have to throw them away. This is my house not some cheap motel where you can stuff whatever you like in a room. Nicole never been past the driveway and she hasn't seen the studio. Upon seeing what came out the car, I said I was going to call VRBO about it to see what we could do. When i came back phone in hand Nicole had taken off. I did not see them back here. They made a big fuss later that they wanted their money back. I offered them half back as i kept the room open for them on a Saturday night and i would have trouble trying to get it filled for the night after 5 pm. As for the neighborhood, this area is in transition. Yes there are still some older mobile homes. The one Nicole is referring to is ready for demolihion. My previous renter, a nice young guy, sprayed a cross on it, as it is going down. It was just a little joke. Not like bad graffiti. Because the location here this house is estimated to be worth close to a million dollars. Please don't think you will end up in a dump. There is plenty of privacy and and room for guests to be outside and relax and enjoy the amenities, like a small beach with cabana and possibly the longest private deck in Naples. I'm going to stop allowing for dogs here as it's just been a pain. Guests don't understand that dogs come with a lot of extra work for hosts. If a host is asking for a small fee to cover expense for this work it's not going in their pockets it's used for extra cleaning.

I agree the view over the lake is breathtaking when the sun shined over it. But the rest of the day great too.
