Contemporary style with a touch of Mountain Elegance. Comfortable condo is in a great location and on the first level. Leave your car at the condo and walk across the street to town - center of Main Street. Condo is across of Riverwalk Center where they have concerts, events, Ice sculpting contest, etc. Also nearby is the Free Ride bus stop that'll take you anywhere in Breck. Going skiing? Just walk up to Snowflake lift or catch a short shuttle ride from bus stop on 4 O'clock Road then ski back down on 'Four 0' clock run to town back to the condo. Then relax in the hot tub located near the condo. Condo is very spacious and can accommodate 6 adults comfortably.

We are a couple from Hawaii, active, laid back, who love the outdoors, mountains and the ocean. The beaches are our playground. We love surfing, but we also love snowboarding. So going to Colorado to snowboard is a treat. The powder in the Rocky mountains is amazing!!! So if you are active, laid back, and enjoy the outdoors like we do, you'll love Breckenridge.

Why they chose this property

Breckendridge is a great town,
Beautiful mountain, friendly & laid back people, close to other ski resorts and in Summit County where there are a lot of activities to do. The condo is in a perfect location, central and close to everything. We can just walk across to town to dine, shop and we don't have to drive. We like that we can ski down to the condo on 4 O'clock Run. The free bus stops are close to condo. Breck's got a small town vibe with a resort feel. And a little city nearby - Silverthorne. Town & Country! It's also a dog town.

What makes this property unique

The location, lots of space and 1st level. It's perfect for 6 adults and a couple of little ones. It's located on the lower level for us sea level people. The condo is so central, we barely take the car out unless we are leaving Breck.
