Since it is located on a large 3/4 acre lot, your neighbors will not sit right on top of you like some of the other residences in the area. There’s plenty has a space for privacy and enjoyment relaxing next to the stunning backyard and pool area. It offers residents a secure, comfortable resort style lifestyle set in the rugged beauty of the high Sonoran desert. You won’t be disappointed!!

House sits at about 2600ft elevation which really helps in the summer months roughly 6-7 degrees cooler than downtown Scottsdale.

Amenities covered: Water, Sewer, Electricity, Trash, yard maintenance, weekly pool/spa maintenance.

Please note. For months June, July, Aug & Sept we require the tenant put the electrical bill in their name for their stay. This is to ensure the AC units are used efficiently and not just running 100% of the time whether someone is there or not. We will send the tenant/guest a $400 credit via Check or electronic transfer from homeowner to tenant/guest for the home for each month of their stay. Anything over that amount would be part of the tenants responsibility.

Guest/Tenant would just start service the date they arrive and end service the date they leave.

Requests for heated pool/spa based on propane costs and time of year.
Only thing not covered would be propane gas (Optional) which is needed for BBQ/Pool&Spa usage). If used we ask guests to replace what was used.
