Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses. Gorgeous pool view from kitchen window. Must walk up 1 flight of stairs.

The condo has beautiful tile flooring and quality furnishings throughout. Relax on the designer sofas, and watch TV on the huge 65 inch Samsung Smart TV.

Convenient and private second floor single level unit with no interior steps. You will have a covered, assigned parking close to the steps to your condo. The grounds of this small complex include a sparkling pool, gas BBQ, outdoor dining area, and grassy lawn with 2 huge orange trees that can be picked just outside your door! There is a coin operated laundry room in this small complex too.
The best part is you are in Old Town Scottsdale! Take a short 6 minute walk to Main and Goldwater and you are at the Scottsdale Arts District and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Another 5 minute walk and you are at Scottsdale and Main- the center of Old Town Scottsdale.
