We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, this charming duplex flat of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
Sheets and towels are extra.

The south-facing accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- An entrance with a large cupboard to store ski equipment
- A 21 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A 9 m² cellar adjoining the kitchen
- Bedroom 1 : 10 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190). Storage space
- Bedroom 2 : 15 m² bedroom with bunk beds and pull-out bed (4 beds in total). Storage space. Ideal for children.
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A separate toilet

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 3: 10 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190), storage and wardrobe

The flat is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a small residential condominium of 12 flats. There are large green areas at the foot of the building. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Font Romeu is classified as a sports town and benefits from numerous facilities (swimming pool, ice rink, golf, tennis). Large ski area accessible by cable car in the centre of the town, in the summer special facilities (summer sledging, etc.).

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available in the Font-Romeu Pyrenees 200 ski area: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing... But also many other activities, such as dog sledding, mountaineering, snowmobiling or horse riding and finally, discover the Cerdan plateau from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, enjoy a swim in the lake of Matemale, go climbing, golfing and accrobranche or practice rafting, hydrospeed or canyoning on the Aude! Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh, local produce directly from the producers!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Shuttle bus 2 minutes away to get to the gondola lift to access the ski area.
- Nearest train station: Font Romeu yellow train at 2 km (about 4 minutes)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan 92 km (1h30 approx.)

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation. Only one animal is accepted per stay.
- Sheets and towels can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Stairs to the third bedroom are a little narrow.
- Delivery of breakfast, shopping, ski pass and equipment, on reservation (payment to be made to our partner on site).
