Windward Pointe 502 | Beachfront 3BR

Greetings, Heather! Thank you for this review! You are right, the location of our condo RIGHT ON THE BEACH is definitely one of its best features, especially when you can sit on our huge Balcony and see nothing but sand and surf--no other distracting views into other condos or buildings! Add this to the fact that we are within walking distance (my mom in law--who walk ONLY when necessary--disagrees) to so many attractions, restaurants, shopping. I most certainly hope you all decide WHEN, not IF, you are returning to the Orange Beach area! Our place will be waiting on you, along with the 5% Return Guest Discount! Blessings, Dorenda

Thanks, Freda! It was wonderful having you and your family stay, and we most certainly hope we can host you again! Dorenda & Jimmy

Thank you so much, Michelle, for your kind words! Guests like you make it a pleasure to host! We can't wait til y'all return ...and remember, you now get a 5% Loyal Return Guest Discount! Blessings, Dorenda

Thank you, Lacey! We appreciate your taking the time to do this review. You mentioned my favorite part of our condo--the large balcony and great furniture. I could just sit there for hours and people-watch, listening to the ocean waves, and watching the beach and surf! I let my husband read the part where you said I was communicative . . . he laughed and said, that means you talk too much! HA! Anyway, we hope you come again, and sincerely appreciate your recommending our condo to your friends and relatives, Lacey. Thank you! Dorenda

Thank you, Kaye & Denny! Your remarks both here and in our Guest Book are GREATLY appreciated! WE hope we are able to host y'all for many years to come! Don't forget our 5% Return Customer Discount! (And, let's hope no jewelry flies away into the ocean next time!)

I appreciate your 5 star review, Anna, and I'm certainly glad Jimmy was there to fix the TV (I probably would have been lost!) But, Oh, no! Were the beds too firm, Anna, or what? The king mattress in the Master bedroom was purchased last fall, and the two queens in the second guest room were just purchased in January. The queen in the third guest room is our oldest mattress, but it's only a year old. I'm going to message you to find out exactly what I need to do better, because a good night's sleep is paramount on a vacation! Thank you for your honesty, Anna; it's the only way I can continue to provide the best experience possible for our guests. Blessings, Dorenda

Come back ANY TIME, Ashley! Thank you so much for these wonderful comments and observations! It was a JOY to host y'all, and yes, you DO feel like family--Fun, loud, adventurous, and ready to have a great time--that's MY KIND OF FAMILY!

Beach Greetings to you and your family, Lyndsey! Thank you for your kind remarks. It's nice when our guests reinforce our notions of what makes a nice rental property--a GREAT view, proximity to the BEACH, wonderful amenities like pools and hot tubs, and a well-stocked kitchen. We try hard to help each guest have the BEST VACATION ever! Growing up, due to finances, I only experienced 2 vacations (and both were visits to relatives!) so it's REALLY IMPORTANT to me to help each and every guest get the most bang for their buck . . . to help them feel that their time spent in our property was well-worth every penny. Of course, we also want each guest to make plans to return! So, when you do book that next vacation, Lyndsey, remember that we give a 5% Loyal Return Guest Discount! Again, thank you for your choosing our condo, Lyndsey, this time and in the future! Blessings, Dorenda

So glad you enjoyed your stay with us, Jessica! We LOVE our condo on the beach (and especially relaxing on that huge balcony, watching the waves and the world go by!) We can't wait to host you guys again. I'm glad you found the kitchen to be well-stocked, and yes, I'm ALWAYS glad to have a washer & dryer when we are traveling . . . who wants to return home to a mountain of laundry?! Blessings to you and yours, young lady! Dorenda

And, You All, Amy, were the PERFECT Guests! We can't wait to host y'all again! Thank you for this wonderful review, as well as your precious comments in our Guest book. Y'all are the type of guests that make this so much FUN!

And, I can't say enough about hosting guests such as you, your siblings and your Mom! It was my PLEASURE to help make this momentous 80th birthday celebration as special as possible, and to know that my condo enabled y'all to be so comfortable, to enjoy yourselves, and to concentrate on each other, well, that's what makes this whole business so fulfilling to me! Thank you for choosing our BLESSED on the BEACH condo, FL, and we can't wait to host y'all again!!! Blessings to you ALL, Dorenda

Oh My, Missy! I'm blushing! I am SO HAPPY y'all were pleased with the condo and all the extras we try to provide. Jimmy & I do a good bit of traveling, and I am constantly making notes of things to do or not do, based on what we experience as guests. Of course we want to make money with our condo, BUT, I have to say that it goes beyond that for me. As a child with a single mom, I can remember only two vacations--both were overnight stays with aunts/uncles. I realize there may be others who rarely travel, or who travel often, but don't enjoy it. And, I never know which of our guests are experiencing a beach vacation for the first time, or for that matter, a VACATION for the first time! So, it is my MISSION to make the experience the very best I can. I want each and every guest to feel like THIS TRIP, THIS PLACE, THIS TIME was the BEST DAY EVER (at least, so far!) If I can do something to help each guest have a good time, to help him/her feel comfortable & "at home", and especially, to give WONDERFUL MEMORIES to the kids, it makes me happier than I can express! It is WHY I do this vacation rental stuff! Thank you for your business, Missy & family! We look forward to hosting y'all again more than you know . . . after all, how can I go wrong with a preacher, a county sheriff, and a State Trooper?! Blessings to you and yours! Dorenda
