"Le p'tit Galet": New house for rent for 2/4 people located in Fréhel (22240) in a quiet area 450 m from the beach! The house (65 m²) with a modern and neat décor, on one level, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 160 and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower, a large living space with the living room, flat screen TV, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, classic coffee maker and Senseo, fridge-freezer,...), the washing machine is in the bathroom, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, board games, radio. Welcome gift with local products! You can enjoy the enclosed outdoor land (about 450 m²) with terrace, deckchairs and barbecue! Possibility to provide you with a cot, baby bath and high chair. Nearby: Beaches, golf, mini-golf, water sports centre, equestrian centre, casino, hiking trails (GR34), Thalasso du Val-André, large aquarium of St-Malo... enough to occupy your days!
For visits The magnificent Cap-Fréhel: visit on foot or by boat (walk from Cap d'Erquy to Cap Fréhel by boat along the coast), Fort La Latte, the Sables d'Or and its dunes, Erquy, St-Cast-Le-Guildo, Le Val-André and its Thalasso, Perros-Guirec, Ploumanach (favourite village of the French in 2015), St-Malo the corsair city, Dinan, Dinard and even Mont St-Michel are nearby!

Cleaning fee 60€ if you have no pets and If there are animals, cleaning fee 90€. If you clean properly, this package will not be charged to you by mutual agreement. Flat rate to be paid on arrival.

Praktisch eingerichtet, gut gelegen und für einen Urlaub zu zweit ideal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Im Aussenbereich war nur der Kies etwas störend. Platten hätten wir besser gefunden. Oder Gras.

Malgré le temps gris, très bon séjour dans ce logement neuf, bien équipé et propre. Jardin clos approprié pour les chiens. Bord de mer, commerces et restaurants non loin. Très bon accueil souriant de l'hôtesse. A recommander.

Dans le cadre d'un court séjour, nous avons apprécié cette petite maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Située au calme sans vis à vis, tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour.. Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée et la petite attention gourmande.. Nous étions trois adultes et un chien.. Très bel accueil de la propriétaire qui est très sympathique et arrangeante.. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.. Merci
