This is the perfect vacation home for you to make Cape Cod memories with family and friends. Ideally located in E. Orleans, this setting provides wonderful peace and quiet, yet is still close to all of the conveniences you desire. This ranch-style home is tastefully decorated throughout. The living room creates a space where you can catch up on the day or plan out the next Cape adventure or relax to watch TV. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy eating in the splendor or relax outside to take in the fresh ocean breezes. There is a lovely main bedroom with a private bath on the first floor along with two additional guestrooms and a full bath. Best of all, you are approximately 2 miles to the white sands of Nauset Beach! This is truly a wonderful home to enjoy your Cape vacation.

Non-refundable $325 Administrative Fee plus applicable state and local taxes.

A fine place to spend the week

We aren’t a picky family, and the house met but didn’t exceed our expectations. It has a rustic sort of cottage feel to it. It was clean and neat, except for the kitchen with could use a deep cleaning. The house, inside and out, was a little run down but again, not in a way that negatively effected our stay. It just seemed to have potential that isn’t being realized. The location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood just two miles from Nauset Beach and the center of Orleans. Overall, we had a great week and have no regrets, but I’m not sure we’ll be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the best Cape rental we've been to! Lots of room to spread out, very clean, everything you'd need (except for a hammock!) and great location in quiet, pretty neighborhood.
