Location: Our cottage is located in the center of Gudauri, 350 m down from the Smart supermarket and 400 m from the 1st lift.
Rooms: The cottage has a large lounge with a kitchen, ski depot, two 3-bed rooms, five 2-bed rooms, 5 bathrooms.

Check-in rules:
- Check-in is from 15:00, check-out time is till 11:00 Tbilisi time.
- Early check-in / late check-out for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Deposit: passport (ID) or a sum of $ 500 (returning before check-out).
- In case of unplanned departure, payment for the cottage is not refundable.
