Located in the centre of Annecy, Rue Vaugelas, 2 steps from the train station and close to all shops, 500m from Lake Annecy, the Théùtre Bonlieu.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot!
In a historic building, discover a charming apartment, completely renovated ideal for 4 people, 1 large living room, 2 bedrooms, one opening onto the living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
For summer days, you can enjoy the large terrace overlooking the back of the building.
The peace of your nights will be ensured by double glazing.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
The 1st bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (Queen Size) and the second with 2 single bunk beds.
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and high-speed WiFi.
All linen will be provided for your stay.
The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 1 minute walk from the accommodation.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay (2 car parks nearby: Gare et La Poste less than 100 m).
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional âŹ20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
