Newly decorated 3 bedroom home, only 3 miles to Disney located in Indian Creek subdivision with private fenced in heated pool (extra charge gas heater).
Close by restaurants, shopping, water park and only 3 miles from Disney... The entire home and pool are wheelchair friendly with Free wifi a King bed in the master, queen and 2 twin beds. - Game room with pool table for kids and adults. - Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided - Community features tennis courts basketball and kids playground.

Pool/spa heating is extra charge $35 per day !

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that guests obtain insurance to cover cancellation fees, medical emergencies, personal liabilities, and any other losses that may occur.

A great place to rent

This was a great place to rent for our holiday. The place was clean and updated. It was very conveniently located on a quiet street but very close to International Drive. The management team was responsive. The house was equipped with a full kitchen and towels and sheets. Overall I would highly recommend and would book again.

Just right

We stayed here to go to the parks and it was easy check in process, very open communication. Very clean and spaces are utilized well. Master bed is extremely comfortable, we slept so good. My son accidentally knocked a dish down and it broke, I was nervous to tell owner, but he responded non judgmentally and I appreciate his grace.

Great as Always!

This is our third stay in a row in this home. It is the only truly accessible home we have found over the past 14 years of florida vacations. That's why it will always be our first choice!Lots of restaurants within 6-8 min. Disney is 15-20 min drive. Lots of other fun things!

Loved this place!

We decided to take our 2 year old to Disney and this house was close to Disney. We loved getting back in the afternoons and relaxing by the pool when we had a long day at the parks! Highly recommend staying here!

Disney World Vacation

Took my family on a Disney World vacation, and this was the perfect house to stay at. It gets hot and humid in Florida, so to be able to take a dip in the pool after being in the parks all day was just "icing on the cake" to an already perfect day. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a Disney World vacation.

The listing was as advertised. Our family was visiting Disney & the location was only 10-15 mins away depending on traffic. The home was all 1 level & perfect for our party of 5.

Clean, precious home in great location

This home had many amenities, was clean and furnished nicely. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all Orlando has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Clean, comfortable and safe

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great location and a wonderful house for the price. The only issues we had was no paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and no laundry detergent.

Great location for parks

This was a great stay! Clean, safe and functional. Close to groceries, restaurants, and the major theme parks. Pool was nice to have - we heated it and it was still a bit chilly but tolerable. Of note very handicap accessible if this is something you require.

Perfect for us!

I have struggled to find a suitable rental in the Disney area that has even some accessible features. This home has everything I need. Ramp going in, grab bar beside toilet, spacious shower with grab bars....and only like 15 min to Disney without getting on I4. This was our second stay here, and it wont be our last.

Great House for Disney visit

This is a great house for visiting Disney. It is a great location. The house was very clean! A roll of paper towels would have been nice. I'm giving 4 stars because we paid extra for the pool to be heated but the water was never warm enough for us to go in.

Great Property

Jim thank you for allowing us to rent your property last week, the check-in process was easy, and I appreciated receiving the link to your management company's app for my iPhone, it made contacting them extremely easy, when we had an issue, Maria responded immediately and the problem was fixed the next day, I enjoyed the privacy of the pool area as well, I highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.

Property fit the description. Very clean and welcoming. I had an issue with figuring out the lock box; however, even though it was after hours, I had a prompt response and soo appreciate it! Everything was wonderful, I highly recommend this home to everyone in the area. Very conveniently located! And nice quiet neighborhood

Quick service

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was lovely! The pool table was fun. Home is located close to restaurants and Disney parks. When we arrived the patio table umbrella was broken and not usable. I called management and within a couple hours they delivered and installed a brand new umbrella. Very pleased with the quick service.

Family trip over Thanksgiving

Our family of 4 decided to do Disney over Thanksgiving this year and rented this house for our stay. This house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t use the pool due to the weather but it was a beautiful patio nonetheless. The garage had a pool table which everyone enjoyed in the evening. The only confusion we had was the door lock which was on my part, I misread the check in instructions and thought the code I was given was for the lock and not the key box. Overall I loved this property and look forward to booking here in the future!

Good value near Disney

I think there should be a railing at the pool stairs and the blur curbing in the pool area is a trip hazard. We were only there a few days but the kitchen could use some pot holders. If these are there I could not find them. Also, in the guest bath, the hand held shower head fell down and hit my 85 year old sister on the shoulder. I don’t know how it was attached because I did not see it before. Overall things were okay.

Nice house

House was nice. Clean and ready for guests. Kids enjoyed the pool table in the garage. Would have been nice to have a board game or two and some cards to use. We had some hot days so did enjoy the pool. We paid for the heat. We didnt notice the impact until abou 36 hours after we turned it on. So if you are staying for just a long weekend, it may not be worth paying for.
