We had a phenomenal experience. The views from the room were gorgeous, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the condo amenities were fantastic. There was plenty of parking onsite and the condo is very centrally located to everything.

Great location! Condo was good! Beach was good! Pool and splash pad were perfect for kids. Security guards good be a little nicer at times. Just seemed grumpy.

Great location. Condo is good but needs to have a good cleaning. Grungy carpet and corners are dirty.

We loved everything about it with the exception that the bathrooms could use a little updating. But we know these places get a lot of wear and tear. Still it was beautiful and relaxing.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We understand that parking fees can feel like a pinch, but just to clarify, the resort management/HOA determines the cost. While it’s not the highest along the coast, it does come with the perk of ample spaces—something not every resort can boast. Good parking does come at a premium, but we hope it didn’t put too much of a damper on your trip. Hopefully, the beauty of our slice of paradise made up for it!

Great condo!

Very happy with our condo this past week. Condo was exactly like described and pictured. It was clean and well updated. Mattress was very comfortable. Showers could use a facelift and better shower head, but other than that we were very happy. Pheonix V was in a great location and a short walk to the beach. Splash pad was a bonus for our kids. They loved the warm indoor pool as well. We would stay here again.

Needs updating

View from the condo is beautiful and location is great. Condo could use a fresh coat of paint on inside. The table in the dining room is wobbly and needs to be replaced. The outlets in the guest bedroom do not work. The shower in guest bathroom knob needs to be replaced have to hold one knob or it will be too hot when turning on. Sofa isn’t very comfortable because it’s worn out. I would stay here again if and only if they replaced/fixed issue I mentioned.

Beach Front Paradise

All we heard was the ocean at night, no traffic or loud parties. The unit had everything we needed except condiments (salt, pepper, cooking oil) These were purchased at a local grocer and not a big issue. The unit was very clean and we had our own washer/dryer with laundry detergent for 1 load. There are no chairs or beach toys in the unit but you can purchase chairs and umbrella at 9AM for $45 per day. This location is ideal for families as there is a splash pad and pool on the premises. There are televisions in each bedroom and living room, 2 bathrooms and outdoor patio furniture. We will be back!

4th of July with family

Great location nice beach great amenities. Long waits for elevator 15 floors and only 4 elevators. One of the elevators was not working. The condition of the apartment was fair. The washer was broken and did not work maintenance could not fix it. Difficult with small children and wet clothes. The dryer did not dry until we vacuumed out all the lint. Paint was peeling off bedroom doors in large swatches. Housekeeping could be better, found broken glass on kitchen floor upon arrival and shredded cheese on rug near couch. Nice place but knowing conditions of things, would have chosen a different place. Price was high for what we got.

Operations and maintenance of a property’s elevators fall under the facilities management however, this issue has been resolved. We are sorry to hear that you were met with a broken washer upon arrival. When Maintenance learned of the issue, we sent a contractor to inspect the washer on the same day. A part had to be ordered and we apologize we couldn’t get this fixed during your stay. With regards to the cleaners, missing minor details is NOT in line with the standards at Beach Getaways. We have alerted the Property Care Team to make sure these issues are being addressed and resolved. You were incredible guests, and we’d love another chance to impress you. Disappointing

Firstly the location and balcony view is great but unfortunately the room itself was not clean. Overall a lot more imperfections than the pictures. I could have overlooked if it was clean. Fingerprint marks all over, walls had a lot of mystery residue, the furniture and rugs need deep cleaning, and linens had hair from previous renters as well. I had a small child with me and could not even put on floors due to the dirtiness had to Lysol everything immediately. I did tell the manager my concerns he did offer to reimburse $50 which I do not think was enough. Sadly was not up to my standards especially for price and would not visit 1004 again.

Kid friendly condo, great location, beautiful views!

We had a great stay and made lots of memories. It was my husband and I and our 2 year old. The property was clean, had all the things we needed and was in a great locations. Having a 2 year old, the splash pad and indoor pool were an added bonus! We also loved that there was a table on the deck. We ate breakfast each morning out there and watched the ocean. Couple things I wish were upgraded/repaired: -The lock on the slider in the living room didn’t work. It is a very heavy door, so it wasn’t a problem with our daughter getting it opened, but for safety reasons, it needs to be fixed. -The mattress in the master is worn out and needs to be replaced. -Black out curtains in the 2nd bedroom would be nice, as most of the times kids sleep I. There and they go to bed before it is dark. (I ended up hanging an extra blanket over the window to try and make it dark) -The faucet/shower head need to be replaced in the master. -The shower bar in the master is rusted and could be replaced. -The little trash cans in each bathroom could also be replaced. They are rusted and look very old. But overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time as a family!

Great rental!

This place was perfect for a small family (2 adults and 2 toddlers). It was plenty of room to move around and play. The view was perfect and it was right on the beach. Wish there was more to eat around the condo but still a perfect long weekend getaway. The inside pool and splash pad was a huge hit for the kids (especially since we visited in October). Will stay again!

Phoenix V unit 1004

The condo was spacious including the large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Kitchen finishes and bathroom vanities were updated. Balcony was accessible from the master suite and living room.
