Beach Front Condo, 2BR w / 1 King, 2 Queens, rez de chaussée, grand balcon Walk-Off!

Magnifique condo au premier étage littéralement sur la plage (assurez-vous de demander comme la plupart ne le sont pas). Grand patio / balcon avec table, parasol, chaises, chaises, etc. Vous pouvez en fait "crier" aux enfants ou au reste de votre groupe de "manger". La plage est en pleine vue à 180 degrés et à seulement quelques pas. Il y a seulement 6 condos comme celui-ci sur tout le balcon qui est à 30 pieds du plus grand que vous trouverez!

Ce complexe a Ă©tĂ© totalement rĂ©novĂ© aprĂšs les tempĂȘtes. Nouvelle piscine et bain Ă  remous gĂ©niaux, toutes les allĂ©es et les patios ont Ă©tĂ© refaits. Juste en face de «Peg Leg Pete's», bar Ă  huĂźtres et grille prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s des habitants, avec aire de jeux pour enfants dans le sable. Aussi dĂ©panneur, Tom Thumb, juste en face de la rue.

Vous avez un parking couvert pour une voiture juste sous votre unité et un parking pour une autre voiture.

Cette unitĂ© au premier Ă©tage est une location demandĂ©e depuis longtemps et de nombreux clients reviennent chaque annĂ©e, car tout le monde l’adore ici. Nous venons Ă©galement de terminer un ravalement de façade pour la cuisine avec de nouveaux comptoirs et nous avons installĂ© une nouvelle tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat LED de 47 pouces dans le salon, avec son surround et station d'accueil pour iPod, ainsi que 2 nouveaux Ă©crans plats de 32 'avec lecteurs de DVD dans les deux chambres. Je pense que tout le monde va adorer le nouveau look !! NouveautĂ© 2012, nouveau rĂ©frigĂ©rateur en acier inoxydable et table de cuisson / four en verre inoxydable! Et deux nouveaux lits queen dans la chambre d'amis!

Il suffit de noter que la vue sur la porte coulissante en verre est presque comme si vous Ă©tiez sur un ocĂ©an de croisiĂšre n’est qu’un saut, que vous sautiez et sautiez. Vous allez l'adorer ici!

Our hostess was very hospitable, excellent communication. The condo itself was clean, well decorated, great amenities, convenient location to everything. Great view from the patio which is right on the beach. We look forward to returning.

Well maintained beach front condo.

The building itself is an older building but really well maintained. The condo is on the smaller side but comfortable for 4 people. Well supplied, there was nothing that we wished we had. The communication with the owner was the best I’ve had. Would highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable

Beautiful condo! Everything you need in the kitchen! Gorgeous bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang towels and tons of power strips and places to charge. Carla takes good care of her condo and it shows. It was immaculate!

The property is excellent! Five adults and we were very comfortable. Property had everything we needed for our stay. Location is perfect also, can’t beat right on the beach! Carla is a great property owner and very helpful and nice to deal with. I would recommend this home to everyone

Great get away

Absolutely the best place to stay!! Just perfect location, privacy, excellent condo and so comfortable!! Had a great family time and vacation. Weather didn’t cooperate but we did not care!! Spectacular Gulf Front Condo!

Our family has visited Pensacola Beach annually for more than a decade now and Carla’s condo is the best we’ve rented yet! It’s more a home than “just a rental”. Access to the property and unit was a breeze due to Carla’s detailed communication. Upon our initial entry our boys both exclaimed “Wow, this is great” (high praise, indeed)! The entire condo was very well appointed! Comfortable and spacious seating in the living space, a well stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly need for preparing meals, beautifully remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers showers and spacious bedrooms with the most comfortable mattresses! The best part for me
the most amazing balcony/patio. Comfortable and ample seating to enjoy the gulf view! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! And, the location is perfect. The beach is not crowded and the condo right across from one of our favorite restaurants, Peg Leg Pete’s! Thank you Carla for sharing your little piece of paradise and making your guests feel at home!

5 Star Stay!

I cannot emphasize enough what a lovely stay we had! The location is spectacular, accessibility to the beach is awesome, and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. Walk right out to the white sand beach, dive for hermit crabs in the clear blue water, take advantage of the umbrella and chair service, and enjoy spectacular sunsets/rises on the condo patio. We saw dolphin pods, sea turtles, bald eagles, pelicans, and the Blue Angels! Carla was welcoming, informative, responsive, and made our stay FUN! The condo was just as advertised - comfortable, well stocked, and with everything we needed. We hope to return soon and often!

Most perfect walk-out beach front condo ever!

We truly did not want to leave this beautiful condo. You can absolutely walk out onto the beach and there is a huge patio for constant beach appreciation. Condo is beautifully decorated, large, very clean and designed for optimal ocean views. Kitchen is very well equipped and the electronics are superb including charging stations for all devices. The owner has really thought of everything you could want or need for the perfect beach visit. Location is great and the we appreciated the underground parking space in this August heat. During Covid times it is also perfect since the front door and patio doors gave us access without ever having to go inside or enter an elevator even though there is one at the Sans Souci. We cannot wait to return.

Great place to stay

Our stay here was excellent. Carla was wonderful to communicate with if there was an issue. We had a minor issue while there that was a result of hurricane sally but it was dealt with immediately. We will be back and look forward to staying here again next year. Perfect location and beautiful beaches. Loved it!!

The perfect relaxing get away

The property was exactly as described and pictured. A beautiful large deck right on the beach. We noticed right away (and our neighbors commented) how nice and plentiful the outdoor furniture was. We spent nearly all day, everyday on the patio. Carla takes great care to make sure that her home is comfortable for guests. It is immaculately clean! There is a well-furnished kitchen (although with such great restaurants within biking distance we didn't really cook), the beds are very comfortable and the towels are soft and fluffy. We rented bikes from a place down the street and didn't need a car. The internet speed is great, which is important for me because I had to work while we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

No better place than this

The note were written by my 12 and 13 year old daughters: We could not ask for a better place to stay for vacation! From the nice decorations to the awesome ocean view, we really enjoyed this condo. Love all the works and efforts put in to help us enjoy our stay. This is a marvelous week and we looking forward to staying here again some time. Until next time.

Location was perfect, condo was fantastic, clean and had everything we needed, and the view couldn’t be better. Balcony is amazing!! I love the location of this condo. The owner kept in touch with me throughout and was available for questions promptly. I had to buy a few things for the condo, but other than that, it was a great stay and Carla is a great person to rent from. My family will definitely consider staying here again.

We have been going to this beach for over 50 years-every year! We had been looking for the right property to buy for a long time. When this ground floor unit became available, we knew that we had found our 2nd home. We will be using this condo on a regular basis, so we wanted it to be a home and not just a rental. We think you will notice the difference!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The location of the Sans Souci is one of the main reasons for it's popularity. It is surrounded by protected beachfront on both sides, making the beach in this area less congested. The fact that Peg Leg's is across the street is a huge bonus, because if you want to eat, drink and be crazy on the beach, you don't have to drive anywhere, you just cross the street! And if you need a few groceries, one of the island's best convenience stores-the Tom Thumb, is next door to Peg Leg's, again, right across the street from the Sans Souci. There is a wonderful pool with a large hot-tub, and lots of deck area to lounge around.

The best thing about this condo is the balcony. It is 30ft by 35ft!! You can relax and enjoy the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee, enjoy lunch with the family, breezy afternoons and spectacular sunsets. Don't forget to lay out under the a panoramic view of heaven on earth! We love to star gaze into the wee hours of the morning-laying on the balcony chaise lounges and using our star gazer apps on the phone. Bring a blanket-you just might end up spending the night....
