In the heart of the hamlet of Segonzat, in the commune of St-Gervazy, this independent town house offers you on the ground floor: -a living room with open kitchen -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bathroom with WC -laundry Upstairs -a bedroom with two 90 cm beds -a bathroom with WC You will appreciate the outdoor space and enjoy a pretty terrace with pergola. For a touch of well-being, Marie-Claire and Michel can put their SPA at your disposal, as an option (15€/hour). The cost of electric heating varies depending on consumption. Numerous hikes, activities and walks are possible near the gîte: Issoire and its abbey church, the discovery through a lovely hike, of Colorado Auvergne: the Valley of the Saints, the visit of the castle of St-Gervazy with its toy horse museum or that of the Villeneuve-Lembron castle, the Auvergne animal park in Ardes-sur-Couze, the Volcanoes park or even the La Godivelle nature reserve... Animals are not allowed, except guide dogs.
