The apartment is on the 2nd and top floor, accessible by lift or stairs. A parking space is available (access via key fob). The bright kitchen and living room are fully equipped and open onto a balcony that gets plenty of sun during the day.

Accommodation
Located in the heart of the Baie de Somme, the apartment is just 50 metres from the marina, close to city centre, the Sunday market, the waterfront, and restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine.

Guest Access
Access to the secure, free car park is via Ruelle de la Brasserie Devisse (in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme). Parking is available within the residence (1 space only). Entry and exit require a key fob. Street parking is also available. There is only one free car park in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme; it is about a 1-km walk away, and the path leading to it runs along the Somme River. Paid parking is in effect throughout the town from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., except between noon and 2 p.m.
