Dear Jeannette, Unfortunately there is a reversal of values. As described in item 7 of the house rules, which was sent at check-in instructions, as follows: 7. TRASH/TRASH REMOVAL- You will be expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags in appropriate compactor (varies per communities). There will be an additional USD $ 100.00 USD (One Hundred U.S Dollars) fee per bin charged for an excessive amount of trash left in the house. All garbage MUSTE BE placed into plastic bags (you may use grocery ones). If garbage was left without bags an extra fee USD $ 100.00 USD (One Hundred U.S Dollars) will be charged to clean each bin. For recycling (when available) follow bin instructions. The trash can is standardized for the entire Bella Vida Resort Condominium, the collection is carried out every day except on Wednesdays and Sundays early in the morning, and all excess garbage should have been left in the Dumper in front of the Clubhouse, therefore the error of having left excess garbage in the trash can in the period of your lodging and on the last day, In front of the house was his, not paying attention to the rules of the house. Maintenance and allegation of rude administrators: Our administrators, when asked by us, reported that this guest was always rude and rough when requesting services from them, making it very difficult to relate to them during the provision of services.
