Relax in this beautifully furnished Spanish home in Northern San Clemente

Beach life awaits you in this beautiful furnished Spanish style home in Northern San Clemente. This home is in the perfect location for a get a way that allows you to relax in a peaceful atmosphere. It offers a private yard and is just a few blocks from the sand and surf with an amazing panoramic view of the ocean from the clubhouse.

Staying here you will be a short walk to the beach, San Clemente beach trails (walking or biking), outlets for shopping, and restaurants.

This is a newer home and has upgraded kitchen with Wolfe appliances, an oversized island and kitchen eating area. The large open living room flows to the dining area as well as the outdoor patio. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed and full attached bathroom. There is an additional ½ bath downstairs.

The clubhouse (1/2 a block from the home) has a spectacular pool with ample chairs and Jacuzzi, two fire pits, two BBQ’s, Gym and open dining area with fireplace and TV. All areas in the clubhouse have uninterrupted views of the coast from San Clemente pier to Dana Pont, and on a clear day you can see Catalina Island. There is a 2 car attached garage with additional parking on the street.

San Clemente Gem

This property was perfect! Beautiful and clean in an ideal location. Walked to the SC Pier every day, perfect climate, close proximity to restaurants, stores, movie theater, etc., yet quiet neighborhood. Our host, Rindy, was responsive to all our questions and requests, extremely helpful all around. Again, perfect Summer vacation! Thank you!
