With two traditional bedrooms plus a loft bedroom, air-conditioning, and a peekaboo ocean view from the balcony, you`ll be right at home here. The living room features airy vaulted ceilings and a sectional with a queen sofa bed, plus access to a private balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crockpot, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
Basic cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and kitchen tools are provided.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
High-speed WiFi and cable/satellite TV.
Starter supplies are included: trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

TOWELS & LINENS
Bath and beach towels are provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Only certain hypoallergenic dogs are permitted. Cats are not allowed. Please request approval by providing your dog`s breed, size, and training details.
Garage access is not available.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only. Guest privacy is respected.

GUEST ACCESS
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.
