This spacious 4-bedroom main house and 1-bedroom guest house has everything you need for your Martha's Vineyard Vacation. Our home is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, hikes, and beaches. This property is perfect for families looking for a quiet escape.

MAIN HOUSE: 2,400 sq ft

KITCHEN:
- Beautiful spacious kitchen with 6ft Island, seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a family meal on vacation.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 70-inch smart TV.

DINING AREA:
- Dining table with seating for 8

BEDROOMS:
There are four bedrooms in the main house. One located on the main floor and three located on the 2nd floor.

- California King sized bed with pillows, linens and sheets.
- Spacious room with walk-in closet.
- 50" Smart TV
- Two accent chairs to relax in

Bedroom#2: Second floor
-Queen sized bed with pillows, linens and sheets.

Great Property for Multi Family Stay

We had a great trip to MV and this house really made our week. The property is extremely well maintained. It had literally everything we could have needed right down to the pool floats. Dee was an excellent host and got back to me right away whenever I had any questions. We will definitely be back next year!

Awesome stay!

The property was beautiful - both the main house and the smaller guest house. Expensive, but worth it: everything was laid out so well and thoughtfully, we were able to relax and easily enjoy the time and space together with our friends. And when there were minor issues (e.g., the next door neighbor’s dog paying unannounced visits), our host and her staff responded immediately and graciously. We would definitely return!

Heritage Week 2023

3 families with infants and toddlers shared the house last August. Pool was great. Outdoor grill was awesome. House was well-located and the playground in the backyard was perfect for all the little ones. We had a mishap with one of the families in our party and Dee was super responsive. Would recommend the house

Great for all!

We vacationed with our extended family who are all very different and this house was great! It’s bigger than the pictures seem and the cottage was perfect for family that needed space. Location was perfect for easy biking to Edgartown, Felix Neck and Bend in the Road, and not too bad to OB and VH. Our only inconvenience, that we knew going in, was the main house only has 2 toilets. The outdoor shower and pool house toilet help, but we still had a line upstairs a few times. Overall, we loved it, and would 100% book again!

Bigger than expected!

This property was so clean and big! Seemed much bigger than the pictures. Dee and Max were responsive and kind. The location was an easy bike ride to Edgartown, Felix Neck, and Bend in the Road was easy and Oak Bluffs was not bad either! We had 13 people ages 9 to 75, 3 very different families, and all were extremely happy! The cottage was perfect for the members of our family who wanted space from the group. The only downside was there are only 2 bathrooms in the main house, but the outdoor shower, pool half bath and cottage bathroom made it manageable.

A very beautiful home on the Vineyard

For the past few years, my family and I have rented homes on the island, so we have had many experiences when it comes to staying on Martha’s Vineyard. This home is one of the best that we’ve rented and we certainly plan on returning. Dilcelia has perfectly put together all that one would need for a comfortable stay. We stayed at this property in July and it was everything we’d hope it would be. Our children enjoyed the playground, and large backyard. The home is very clean, spotless! Everyone in our group raved about the comfortable beds, and the homes location is ideal for access to everything. Lastly, Dilcelia is a super host! She responds quickly to questions and is very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay! See you again soon!

Beautiful Martha’s Vineyard Home

Great place to stay with a large family. Main house with four bedrooms and a guest house with two bedrooms. Both houses have washers and dryers and kitchens. The yard is HUGE and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed driving to beaches in the morning and then having such a lovely place to swim and relax at this house!

Amazing house

We stayed in this beautiful property for two weeks with our extended family and two little kids. The house has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. We were so impressed by the space and the responsiveness of Dilcelia. If you want perfection, book this house!

Perfect for Our Family

We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard for more than a decade and this was our first time renting a home. We could not have chosen a better home either. It was perfect for our family and guests. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Edgartown. The backyard was lovely and well manicured. The guest house was spacious very well appointed with its own deck. The house has everything you need for that home-away-from-home experience. Loved our stay!

Perfect for families!

This was a perfect house for a family vacation to Martha’s Vineyard especially for young families. Super clean and simple. We had three young children and I loved the fact that the house was simple. I didn’t have to worry about the kids breaking or damaging a lot of decorations. The playground was so nice to have for the kids to play. The owners thought of everything including having baby gate installing for us, high chair, and a ports crib. Check in was super easy. We definitely plan to return one day! Book this house, you won’t be disappointed!
