The finished lower level has a gameroom with air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard, as well as comfortable lounging area with large sectional sofa, TV, sleeping area and full bath. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor space with newly installed 32x14 saltwater pool and heated spa, expansive patio, built-in grill, outdoor shower and large private backyard.  Ideal location, 10 minute walk into town for coffee/ice cream/shopping or 15 minute bike to South Beach. A wonderful location and well equipped house to support a relaxing vineyard vacation. Summer weeks have ferry resv for purchase.
