Stunning four bedroom home includes a gourmet kitchen with living area, a sunken sunroom with fireplace and floor to ceiling doors which open to the patio, truly bringing the outside in. The space exudes a sense of sophisticated ease with a soothing palette and natural, organic accents throughout. The large living spaces, private dining room with fireplace and first floor bedroom with ensuite bath with soaking tub and shower, and three additional bedrooms, including an additional ensuite, on the second floor. The finished lower level includes a gameroom with air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard, sitting area with a large sectional sofa and TV, as well as a sleeping area and full bath. - Beautiful private outdoor space with bluestone patio, built-in grill, large backyard and outdoor shower. Meticulous, well-thought out and ever-so relaxed, a wonderful vacation spot with easy access to Main Street cafes and shops and local beaches. We have some ferry reservations available for summer weeks.
